Our time at La Vita Bella was nothing short of amazing! The location was quiet, yet convenient! With a super short walk to the beach, it was perfect for the adults and the kids. The pool was a great size for our group and everything you needed was there for your use! Penny was super attentive, as the pool light went out and the next day it was fixed and working perfectly! Highly recommend this property!

LVB is the best!

Our entirely family stayed in LVB for a week in June and it was the best experience. The house was spacious, well organized, and laid out very efficiently for multiple families. The pool was perfect and the beach was VERY close! It was great to bring the kids back and forth during the day. The area is quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our time and home to come back one day!

The Beautiful Pink House

LVB - Wonderful STay

The house was as advertised. It was in a great location (only steps away from the 13th avenue beach entrance), the pool was perfect, the house was very clean with updated and comfortable furniture and was very well supplied with what was needed to have a great vacation in terms of updated/working appliances, more than enough utensils and pots and pans to cook, and a good supply of cleaning materials. Penny was wonderful in her response to a couple of issues that we had. She listened and addressed the problems right away. Overall, an excellent location and one of our best stays in the Myrtle Area

Lovely La Vita Bella

La Vita Bella was exactly as advertised. We were so happy that it met our wants and needs perfectly. Loved the location - walking to the beach and cozy Surfside Beach restaurants. Penny was very responsive to us and communicated throughout which helped to ensure we knew exactly what to expect. The home was clean and well maintained. We loved our week with La Vita Bella. Beautiful beach house located within 60 steps of the beach. House has all of the amenities that you would need, very clean, and well kept. Host was there for anything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach house or host.

Perfect summer vacation

Our family absolutely loved La Vita Bella. The home is beautifully decorated and clean!! There is nothing to want for in a vacation. We've vacationed at Myrtle Beach for many years in homes and condos and this was my favorite! The walk to the beach isn't even what I consider a walk. It's a short one minute walk and traffic is minimal in this area. So peaceful and the pool is excellent! I wouldnt have changed a thing. I also appreciated Penny's communication through the process. She made everything seemless. This is a 💎 of a vacation stay. So happy we found it!!

La Vita Bella

The property was wonderful! It was clean and very well maintained. The owner Penny was very helpful and answered all our questions. The private pool was also very clean and a nice spot to cool off. The house location was the best with only a very short walk to the beach access entry.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time at La Vita Bella. Clean, spacious, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. We spent equal times at the beach and the pool. Surfside Beach proved to be a nice vacation spot: close to the Grand Strand amenities but preserves a quiet neighborhood setting. We will definitely return.

Love It!

Property is very clean and well maintained. This was the first time to Surfside Beach. We could not have ask for a better place to stay. The home had everything we needed. The pool is nice and clean. The balconies are so relaxing to sit and take in the breeze while enjoying the ocean views. Steps away we were on the beach. I highly recommend this property. It was a pleasure staying there and Penny is a wonderful host. We will definitely be back.

Great week!!

The house was perfect for our group!! Lots of room for our grown kids and their friends. The beach was only a few steps away!! The kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was nice and offered a great place to hang out after dinner!! Penny was informative and easily accessible!! Will definitely be back next time we head to the beach!

Wonderful Stay

This was our first trip to Surfside Beach and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was a great location, clean and plenty of room for our family. Beach access is easy & very close. Penny is great to work with and attentive to any questions we had! We look forward to returning!

Working Vacation

This home is beautiful and exactly as pictured! The host is super sweet and great to work with. My adult daughter and I both work remote so we planned this fun - half work / half vacay - week! The beach is beautiful and the little downtown in Surfside is great. Also found a great ice cream place named Painters, not to far from the house. We can’t wait to go back to the La Vita Bella!

Great Location

La Vita Bella was clean, convenient, comfortable and everything you could want to cook with was in the kitchen. We loved the pool and balconies. Every bedroom has easy access to a bathroom, with 3 being en suite. Penny could not have been better with communication. We had a small problem with the AC that was fixed almost within an hour of reporting it!The only drawback for us was that with houses being close together, we had neighbors who were very noisy on 2 sides.
