We are nestled in the highly sought-after Surfwatch II building in the heart of Surfside Beach.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, sleek modern finishes, in-unit washer and dryer, and included parking. Elevator access and included beach gear make your stay effortless. Perfect for families, couples, or a quick getaway. We can’t wait for you to enjoy it as much as we do! Only a two night minimum!

Other things to note - Very important!

Parking Passes - Each unit can occupy a maximum of 2 parking spaces during your stay. It is essential that you place the provided parking passes on your dashboard as the parking is strictly enforced by the Homeowners Association due to the frequency of non-guests attempting to park in our private lot in order to avoid paying at the designated public parking lots when visiting the beach. Vehicles without a visible parking pass will be towed at the guests expense.

Routine Preventative Pest Control - As a mandatory requirement from the Homeowners Association, guests must agree to allow access for scheduled preventative pest control during reasonable daytime hours on the third Thursday every three months. It is quick, non-intrusive, and helps keep our building in top shape. This is out of our control, so please book alternative dates to stay if you are not ok with them entering the home during your stay. Please see below for the 2026 scheduled pest control dates:
