This professionally decorated unit features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Three flat screen TVs, three DVD players, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and one twin-sized bed, plus a queen sofa bed. The common area features a swimming pool and a landscaped courtyard. Motorcycles are permitted with the use of kickstand pads. No trailers or golf carts. No elevator. No smoking. No pets. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.
