A excellent vacation 4 generations from 76 to 4 years. The heated pool was the biggest hit 9 am swims and night time swims they couldn’t get enough. Thank you

House was more than perfect for our family. Beautiful clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable and entertained. Very close to beach. We had a toddler with us and it was great to have toys & floats for her at pool. It was her first time in the sand & she had a blast. There was a cart to load up chairs for beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The exterior area is amazing pool hot tub ping pong darts TV grill etc. The three open porches were great for reading and coffee time. Very close to restaurants and short drive to grocery, parks and murrells inlet. The pier south had a cute diner and arcade area. We had a family emergency before we arrived and hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and return in the future.

We had an amazing time staying at Hightide! The amenities were amazing, anything and everything we could need was at the house. Everything you need! The best!

We have been to Myrtle Beach numerous times and typically stay in condos. Our group is getting bigger so we decided to rent a house this time. We could not have made a better choice! This house had everything and then some. You can tell Jon and Keri take very good care of this home. As soon as we opened the door you could smell how clean the home was. We practically lived in the pool! They had floats, toys and so many other things. Everything you would want to take to the beach was there. The teens loved using the boards and took them to the beach often! This was our first time in Surfside Beach and we loved it. It was nowhere near as crowded as north Myrtle where we have stayed in the past. Tons of amenities real close. You will not go wrong by staying here!! We would definitely rent this home again! Thank you Jon and Keri for this wonderful home you have put together.

Beach Vacay 2025

Keri & Jon have a beautiful home in a great location. The house was clean and very well appointed, and the pool was fantastic! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week and will be looking to return soon! We have been vacationing for the last dozen or so years in the area, and this house was heads and shoulders above the rest!

Wonderful stay at High Tide

My family and I stayed at High Tide for a week on fall break. The house was perfect! Had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach. The owners were quick to respond when we asked to have the hot tub cleaned mid week. We would absolutely book this property again. Loved the outdoor space and spent so much time out there. Overall great experience!

Lovely beach home

Our family loved this home and would 100% stay here again! Short walk to beach access & great pool and outdoor entertainment area. Surfside is a wonderful community. This house was spotless and had everything you could ever need for a sunny or rainy day. If your looking at this place, book it!

Great vacation week!

When I search for a VRBO, the most important ratings for me are cleanliness and location. Those are the reasons I chose High Tide. We walked in and the place was immaculate and everyone in our party mentioned how clean everything was. The location was great also. It is a very short walk to the beach and the beach area was really nice. There wasn't one thing we needed on our stay. The owners do a great job of stocking everything imaginable that you would need. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. This is a very beautiful and comfortable home. If we ever come back to the area, we would like to stay here again. thabsolutely noth

The PERFECT beach house

What an amazing property. Really I cannot think of anything I would change about this place. The patio and pool area offers a great space for relaxing with family/friends while being able to interact with those in the pool. It offers an cool escape from the heat during the day and a cozy spot when the sun goes down. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated. The beds slept incredibly well. AND THE FANS are everything. Keeps the room really comfortable. The porches are also a nice touch, especially the one in the front cause you can see the beach. Overall an incredible space to spend a week at the beach with loved ones. The owners were very friendly and had great communication. We had zero issues with our stay and would highly recommend staying here again.

High Tide - Loved it!

Keri & Jon, High Tide was the best place we have stayed on vacation! The Hosts were very informative and prompt in their communication with us. At the top of our list is cleanliness and High Tide met that with 5+ stars. It was so clean that we continued our no shoe rule we have in our own homes. We truly appreciated all the amenities! You can tell a lot of thought was put into their home in making their guests comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and oasis area, especially our grandchildren! Awesome home

This was the 5 year that my family has stayed at this home. It is in a great location, easy walk to the beach and located in short drive to stores. We love that area of the beach for the easy access and great water for the grandchildren! The home is super clean with tons of amenities! If I ever had a question or concern, the owner responded immediately! The owners truly care for this property with wonderful upgrades added each year! Thank you for another wonderful family vacation this year!!!

Feels Like Home

We had an amazing week at High Tide. The home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It was extremely clean with all the amenities mentioned. The owners have created a useful website outling check in and out procedures, recommended local attractions, user guides, etc. The location is less than 0.1 mile to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. A highlight for our families was the area under the home by the hot tub and next to the pool. We spent so much time relaxing, reading, watching TV and watching our kids play in the pool. We are so excited to come back next year!!

Great location, modern house with lots of space. Pictures don't do it justice. Outdoor space great for kids with nice semi-deep pool, tv, couch, ping pong etc. Would definitely stay here again. Great hosts as well.

Awesome experience

This is the 4 year we have stayed at this home! The owners truly care for this home and it really shows! It is a short walk to a wonderful and kid friendly part of the beach. I should add… one of the few parts of the beach that allows canopies! The home is VERY clean, has sooo many amenities and makes for a wonderful family experience! A beautiful pool, hot tub, outdoor games, shed FULL of beach and pool items, ping pong table and covered lounge area! It is a great area for the whole family that we enjoy thoroughly! The home has 3 balconies with the family enjoying the one of living area the most (the other two off masters for enjoying time AWAY from the family! Ocean view I enjoy from top master balcony when enjoying my quiet time! I can go on and on about my great experience! The owners offer a lot to the property and are great at communication!

Great property, great stay

We had a great week at the property. Everything was as described in the listing or better. We had plenty for room for our full house of 8 adults and 4 children. Having a private pool is so nice for a group and this one was very clean and the temperature was perfect. The house itself was also very clean and well maintained. We did not have to contact the host for any issues during the week, which is extremely rare for a week long stay with such a large group. If we return to Surfside, this property will be at the top of our list.

Our stay at High Tide made for a perfect beach vacation. The house itself was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans if every size and useful appliances. The amenities were outstanding. Our preteens had a blast in the pool area. All of us enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tv, darts, ...! We have stayed in several homes in Surfside Beach and, I must say, that this home is the best by far!

The Perfect Beach House!

This was the first time that we stayed here (and in Surfside), and we loved it. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home away from home for our family, which included six adults and one child. Each couple/family was able to have their own room and bathroom, which was definitely ideal. The home’s wonderful amenities, its location, and the short walk to the beach were very convenient, and we were impressed with the beautiful outdoor pool area, too! Without a doubt, Keri and Jon made the entire rental process smooth and easy from beginning to end. Moreover, they were very communicative and helpful and responded promptly to my messages. We could tell that they take a lot of pride in their home, as it was extremely clean and well-maintained. Not surprisingly, we didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again! Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay!
