Great location. 9 of my family members stayed for a week and everyone loved it. We mostly cooked food at the house and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking items. Extremely close to the beach (4 minute walk). Neighborhood was awesome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It has everything that one would need for a great beach trip. Aside from AC troubles this last week it’s always been great. We were taken care of for the inconvenience and we as renters are happy. See you next year!

We had a toddler with us and were surprised to see how many useful items they had for him to use. There was a high chair, a bath tub, toys, and even gates for the steps. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice location. Close to the beach. The house is spacious with plenty of room for families. The pool is just right for when you come off the beach and need a cool swim. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked with appliances, dishes, spices, etc that I have ever stayed at. We loved our stay here. And a plus is that it does have an elevator to use for luggage and groceries. Lots of parking. The only thing is if you need to charge your golf cart there is not an outside outlet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW AT DREAMSCAPER. ALSO STAYED HERE APPROXIMATELY 15 YEARS AGO. HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN BUT IT IS GETTING VERY TIRED, EXPECIALLY THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE AND BEDS. SAME FURNITURE (LIVING ROOM) FROM 15 YRS AGO AND IS BREAKING DOWN AND NOT COMFORTABLE. WE LOVE THE HOUSE, LOCATION AND GARDEN CITY REALTY - MAY NEED TO LOOK AT A DIFFERENT PROPERTY UNLESS UPDATES ARE FORTHCOMING. WE TOOK OUR YARD BLOWER THIS YEAR TO KEEP THE POOL AREA CLEAN; LOSING BATTLE DUE TO TREE ON ADJACENT PROPERTY. POOL SERVICE WAS GREAT BUT THERE WAS NO SKIMMER NET TO KEEP THE POOL CLEAN- A LITTLE FRUSTRATED WITH THAT. GREAT KITCHEN WITH EVERTHING AND MORE! KAREN AND VALERIE (I THINK ARE THEIR NAMES) HAVE THE HOUSE VERY CLEAN. HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS HOUSE BUT IT IS GETTING A LITTLE TIRED.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right time we got there we seen dead roaches on the floor. I immediately called the office but got after hours. He said someone would be there the next morning. Later on that day we started seeing water bugs. Pulled the couch out and swept behind there and there where more dead. NOONE had cleaned behind it in awhile. White my niece was sitting in couch my mom seen a roach at the top part and my niece got up and didn't see it.Turned the couch into a bed to see if it went there and all the trash that was in there was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned it months. We where so out done. This was our first family vacation ever and this nastness made it an disaster. We went down cause we just lost my only brother and baby uncle and wanted to be away for Thanksgiving but wished we would've saved our$1000 plus. Asked the after hour man about a discount or moving to another home and said he would have someone to call me.Next day someone came and sprayed and put traps out. He came with a can of roach spray. Later that day a freaking flea jumped on my son. How do fleas get in your hand no animals allowed.Husband woke up and said he felt something was on side of his face and he thought he left earrings in and he didn't so he knocked it off got up and looked and it was a water bug. My mom called them and they returned call and said someone would come back out and spray and have clean up lady to come after he sprayed l. They came and sprayed didn't need clean up lady cause we cleaned it ourself. Pulled shits back and a darn water bug under it. Bathroom upstairs and shut on the side. I can say last room on left upstairs didn't experience no bugs in there room and the one downstairs. Kitchen was fully stocked and cleaned. Kitchen balcony palm trees blocks your view but didn't help block the wind It was nice to see a welcome basket but the fabric softener had clumps all in It. My son loved the Frisbee. Area was a great location nice quiet neighborhood.

It looks like a decent hike to the beach, but really it's closer than you'd think.Quiet street, ample parking, exceptionally well-stocked. The pool was clean, and it's an easy walk to the pier and restaurants. The only quibbles: The elevator works fine, but takes some getting used to. So does the TV remote. And anyone who's prone to slipping will want to bring a bath mat coming out of the shower. The tile floor can get a bit slick.All in all, an excellent spot (almost) on the beach!

Great Family Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at the Dreamscaper! It was the perfect size for our family. Upon arrival we entered the home to find an awesome gift on the table, full of stuff for kids, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. It really helped not having to buy those things. The home was clean and inviting. The location was better than we thought with only a short walk to the beach. Decor is a little outdated, but that didn't bother us:)There is LOTS of parking which is nice because we have 4-5 vehicles when on vacation . The pool is a good size to dip in and cool off, our adult children enjoyed it. Would absolutely recommend! Elevator is very convenient taking heavy things up. It's in the main level master bedroom.

Plenty of kitchen items, room to hang out and play games or chat. Had issue with elevator again & had to call to get clarification on how to operate (instructions would be helpful), a few additions to the utensils in kitchen & a pool light would be wonderful for next time. Overall, great house, great location, great time!

Great house...could be better!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at dreamscaper for 7 days and the house needs to be renovated desperately, the carpets are dated and dirty the decor is very dated, the beds are old and uncomfortable, the pool deck was dirty and had weeds everywhere, as well as damaged. The location was great especially the pond which would have been nice to see from the balcony but several palm trees blocked it, owner should definitely consider trimming them. The bedroom upstairs above the master has a terrible vibration and buzzing sound from the ceiling fan which is very annoying at night when you are trying to sleep. There was also an issue with bats in the attic which we were made aware of before our visit and we had no issue except the bat poop all over our cars and you could hear the bats depart and return to the house if you were in the upstairs bedrooms.overall I would not stay here again unless they updated the house and pool area and of course got rid of the bats!

Ample parking, quiet third-row location was amazing!!Spacious bedrooms, nice balconies. Only downfall was pool was a bit smaller than expected and no closet space in master downstairs bedroom and one upstairs bedroom. Still, we would stay here again and recommend to any of our friends!

Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit in two years house is close to beach, but is dated needs a good deep clean, feet where dirty first day walking on them . Carpet coming up on stairs, vents are caked with dust pool was never cleaned before, or during our stay. Time to look for a new place to stay Owner puts no money into the the upkeep or upgrades.not worth 4K a weekLocks did not work had many issues til maintenance finally came out Said bad Wi-Fi very weak
