Overall we had a wonderful stay at this house!! Only negative thing I have to say is that we had to kill about eight cockroaches and then some other small bugs which was not fun . But other than that, the house met our expectations with a more than accurate description as well as the ease of checking in and out of the property. The inclusion of a golf cart was a plus and super convenient as we didn’t have to rent one from Ocean Lakes. The rooms were wonderful and all of the furniture in general inside and outside of the house were great! We loved staying here and would consider returning!

Overall, very clean, well laid out house close to the ocean. Great communication from the owners. We would absolutely be back if available in the future. We have stayed at several houses at Ocean Lakes over the past decade. This was hands-down the best house we have stayed in or visited. It has a great layout and appears solidly built with quality materials. I am sometimes concerned when I see a galley-style kitchen, but this one is plenty spacious. The cabinet doors and drawers were auto-pull back and a nice touch. Moreover, the cabinets and drawers are well stocked with dishes and supplies.The parking area below was spacious. We had a Suburban, a midsize seven-seater SUV and a crossover SUV along with an Ocean Lake golf car and there was still plenty of space below. It was also a good place for us to have wait out a couple of storms that passed through while we were at the beach.They did a great job of selecting the furniture. The two large tables inside were nice as was the rolling coffee table. We all liked the outside table on the main deck as well as the large chairs. It's been a great place to get away from the rain recently. Plus, the 20 somethings in the group hang out there in the evenings.I am not an artsy guy at all, but I like the color palette. I also like the decor; it's beachy without being over the top. Nonporous floors are the way to go and I don't understand why more of these houses don't have them. This property was perfect! My family thoroughly enjoyed the house! It truly was a perfect beach house! The location couldn’t be better, the house itself was so clean, and goodness the quality! The house was only a short walk to the beach, literally a thirty second walk, and the available golf cart made navigating the resort property a breeze. The ocean lakes convenience store and restaurant were easy to get to and take advantage of. The house was made with such quality it really is going to hold its beauty for a long time! Everything is still in perfect shape just like the photos in the listing show. All the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfy, we had no problem settling in and making ourselves comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the spacious main porch and the poly furniture was perfect. The upstairs balcony was used every evening to hang out on and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds. Also the perfect spot to watch the rain and thunderstorms roll through. The ground level shower was so convenient to shower off the sand and salt from the beach. The beach chairs provided were perfect for all of us. I can’t say enough how perfect everything was. Maria and her daughter made the stay seamless, would definitely return again!

This house was perfect! All of the furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, everything, very nice! Had everything we needed. One of the cleanest homes we have rented! Golf cart was great! Communication was great! Highly recommend

Excellent Home

My family loved staying here. It's exactly as pictured, very clean and great location. Our family really enjoyed riding the golf cart. Maria was so responsive to make sure our visit was perfect! I highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay

Let me start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. All of my questions were answered quickly. The unit was clean and the photos are 100% accurate. I highly recommend this unit and the owner has other units as well.

Home away from Home

We had a wonderful stay for one of the Halloweekends here. Maria was very prompt with everything and the home was immaculate. The small details like soft linens already on the bed (and very comfortable beds at that) was so nice after a long day of travel. Being able to walk to the beach was another awesome perk to this home. Highly recommend!

Great Property

Overall great house along with everything else! The owner Maria was very quick with response’s to the home and any questions I had for her! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with children as it’s close to beach as well!!

Great house and better location!

The house was “as listed and more”. New house with new furniture and was very clean. Steps to the beach. Kitchen was furnished with all the appliances and anything you needed. Lenin service was included along with use of one of the provided golf carts, which made it super convenient. Communication with the property manager was easy and responses were fast. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in Ocean Lakes and enjoy a good time with friends or family.

Great place!

The house was absolutely beautiful and within view of the beach. Quick walk and you were there! Maria was very helpful making sure everything that was needed was there! It has two nice outside area with good furniture!! The house has no carpet so you have easy clean up with the sand if it gets in! Everything is brand new and clean!!
