I was disappointed and not happy that I selected the option for a double bed and a double sofa bed. I called the office to confirm it and they said they had it available so select it and you’ll get it. Well when I came here and and checked in and got to the room it was a king bed and double sofa bed. Went back to the office and they said that’s all they had left. But I was told I was getting the room I selected on the Expedia app. So they told me it’s this much to get the bigger room since we didn’t have enough beds for us. So instead of paying the this much I paid for it ended up costing this much which I wasn’t happy about since I was told I was getting the room for the this much. No discount or free up charge which we should have gotten something for the mistake the office made

I was pleasantly surprised to get a 2 bedroom condo (my reservation was for a one bedroom). It was nicely updated and clean.

This property is very clean. The kids ages 3 to 13 loved it. My apartment was spotless and well equipped. I would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and nice. The indoor, outdoor and lazy river was all open. The property is under construction but it wasn't an issue for us. They have shuttles going on different days to some of the shopping areas and a shuttle to Surfside beach. You will definitely need a car. The property office was a mile away from our room, which was a 20 min walk each way. You can ask for a courtesy shuttle to the front and they will pick you up and drop you off but only up to a certain time . Overall our time at Myrtle Beach was nice.

Was told that the gym was open 24/7 upon check in, after setting my alarm and waking up at 5am and going to the gym & was met with a locked and closed gym.

My stay was neutral, but I would likely stay here again. The only bad part was that we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking, talking and watching television which was a bit distracting.

The property was so clean and up-to-date.The staff was friendly.They have indoor as well as outdoor pools Everything was right there or so close.They had shuttle service. I would recommend it to everyone.
