Primo location in a clean condo
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a fresh and clean smell. You could tell that it had been thoroughly cleaned. We didn’t cook, but if we had wanted to make dinner, the kitchen was very well stocked with necessities. I worked from the condo and loved that I could sit at the table and see the beach. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes which was fantastic. I loved the layout of this condo as we were 2 adults couples, and the bedrooms did not share a wall. Also, we never heard the neighbors despite being surrounded by families! The A/C worked great, so despite the sweltering heat outside, we were always cool! The skylight and cathedral ceiling in the living room made the main area very bright and felt spacious. Having cable TV was a plus as we did watch TV at night. The mattress in the master was very comfy and there was tons of storage! Parking was always plentiful. There were lots of open spaces despite it being a holiday week. Cons: 3rd floor with no elevator & linens/towels are not provided. I did not notice this while looking at amenities because I had never rented a unit that didn’t provide it. So if you are flying in, you should be sure to note this. (The listing is correct, but since it’s simply not listed as an amenity, you may miss it.) You are on Ocean Blvd, so during busy times, the master can get quite a bit of road noise. The unit, for the most part, has not had any updates, but for us, the location was more important!
