  • Channel Marker
    This 3rd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo directly on Surfside Beach accommodates 1-7 guests. Features include a fully stocked and upgraded kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all of the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay! We provide new plush towels and all linens to accommodate seven guests. Wi-Fi, DVD player, new washer/dryer, all new mattresses, furniture, and wonderful waterproof flooring! This complex has a private Oceanside swimming pool (open seasonally) and a charcoal grill with a picnic area. The oceanfront balcony overlooking the Atlantic is by far the best view in town! Channel Marker is a 3 story walk-up. NO ELEVATORS.

    Surfside Beach is a small seaside town ~8 miles south of Myrtle Beach near Murrells Inlet. Nicknamed 'The Family Beach', Surfside maintains a small town laid back child-friendly environment. The town-owned fishing pier, water park, miniature golf, super markets and restaurants are just a short walk, golf cart or car ride away. From this convenient location you can visit Ripley's Aquarium, Brookgreen Gardens and many local golf courses.

    We hope you enjoy our home and we take great pride in our beachfront condo. That said, being so close to the beach carries certain unique issues specific to the location. Normal wear and tear as well as weather events are much greater in this environment. Please understand all efforts are made to accurately identify all amenities. Occasionally amenities may be unavailable due to seasonal closings, repairs, and other issues beyond the control of the owner. We will make best efforts to update our listing with accurate information when possible. We also cannot control the weather. Atlantic Hurricane season runs from June 1 - November 30 but storms can still occur outside of those dates.

    Pool season is March 31st through Sept 30th.

    We have upgraded to Spartan disinfectant, which Approved by CDC for COVID.

    Unfortunately we are unable offer refunds due to uncontrollable events where amenities are unavailable and/or poor weather. Please obtain travel insurance, available when you book, if you are concerned that one of these events may occur during your booked stay.

Great property. Location is amazing. Close to stores, restaurants and activities. Right on the beach. If I had to list any issue, the third floor walk up (no elevator) was a minor inconvenience but the property makes up for it. Would 100% rent again.

The property is perfect. The host is always available to help with any small detail or reference. The view of the ocean and sunrise is breathtaking. The location is centered for easy commute to any restaurant or location you wish to visit. Surfside has so much to offer but if you wish to head north to Myrtle or south to Murrell's Inlet, this location offers a quiet retreat away from the business and noise of heavy tourist areas. Easy access to the beach and pool to cool off are great to utilize especially if the weather should change at a flip of the coin. If available, I would return here next year

This was our second stay here. We will absolutely stay here again. The location is perfect for a nice walk to the pier to get ice cream (1 mile). The condo is clean and inviting. The view is second to none. Everything you want to get to in within a few minutes drive including grocery, restaurants, box box, whatever. Luther, the host, is responsive and tries to make your stay the best it can be. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Rooms clean, comfy beds, beautiful views, nice beach. Pool was nice but the weather wasn't warm enough for us to go for a swim.Kitchen had everything we needed- including a fully stocked Keurig! Host responded almost immediately to a few of our requests.

Surfside Beach Vacation!

My family had a great vacation, staying right on the beach and enjoying the morning sunrises, walks on the beach, building sandcastles with the grandchildren, and exploring the town of Surfside Beach.

Great views! Loved that you could open the window in the bedroom and listen to the ocean. Could use a little updating with regards to the furniture (specifically the master bedroom), but overall we would stay again! It had everything we needed and the views were just what we wanted!
