  • Family Matters es una casa frente al mar de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños. Con 2 dormitorios principales king, 6 camas queen, 1 cama individual y un sofá cama queen. Es ideal para reuniones familiares y de amigos. ¡Muchas familias que visitan incluyen varias generaciones y muchos de nuestros huéspedes regresan cada año! Está muy bien mantenido y ubicado en una zona familiar.

    Un muelle de pesca se encuentra a pocos pasos hacia el norte y hay varios restaurantes a poca distancia en Surfside Beach.

    Hay una piscina privada y un paseo marítimo a la playa. El porche es un maravilloso lugar de reunión y tiene una hermosa vista al mar. Hermosas vistas al mar desde las 2 suites master con cama King. Hay muchas cosas divertidas que hacer cerca, como un gran mercado de pulgas, restaurantes, tiendas, toboganes, kayak, surf, peinado en la playa y más.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Our family of 14 adults had plenty of bed rooms, bathrooms and common space! Would recommend it if your group wants a pool, hot tub, easy beach access, and beautiful porch overlooking it all!

This was an amazing vacation! The house had plenty of room for our big family with small kids. “Family Matters” was located right on the beach with amazing views of the ocean. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! But, it wasn’t just the home and location, it was also all the thoughtful accommodations. Beach towels, beach toys and chairs, games, books! (And I am a reader!), tv’s in every bedroom, cooking pans and utensils. Thank you Eric for such a wonderful stay at Family Matters. We would love to come back and visit!

Great Extended Family Vacation Spot

This property worked out very well for our extended family gathering of 10 people. It has a great location right on the beach. The pool works well as a change of pace from the ocean waves too.

Paradise!

Family Matters is a cozy and beautiful home with all the amenities you need on a vacation with a large group. The balcony provides a gorgeous view of the beach and it is a quick walk across the private access bridge to the sand. The pool and hot tub offer a great way to relax when the sand gets too hot. A beautiful trip to paradise!

Our group of twelve really enjoyed this house - inside and out. The back porch was a perfect place to watch the surf, ocean and the one brief storm we had on our visit. The hosts were always accessible to us, before and during our visit . It was a surprise to see all the golf carts along the street, along with cars going up and down the street from time to time. The MANY play items for the pool and sand delighted our children. We spent most of our time outside. The kitchen was well equipped (maybe bring a large pot or two if you're planning to cook for a large crowd.) Having so many bathrooms for lots of guests. What a great place to spend a week!

Wonderful time

Our family enjoyed our stay at "Family Matters". Our host was quick to answer any questions before we arrived and was very accommodating. The house was great. Having the pool and private walkway to beach was the best.

Great Beach House

We absolutely loved our stay at family matters. Beautiful spacious home with everything we needed to relax. The pool area was great when the kids were tired of the beach and made evening mealtime even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

Has everything you need for a fun family vacation. No need to bring beach chairs, towels or kids toys. Pool was great. The kids had a great time. Beach access was great.

Nice place.

Great views. Pool and hot tub were dirty but host took care of that right away and any other issues we may have had. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place.

This is our second stay here at Family Matters. The location is an A plus! The new walkway to the beach is great and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals (too many of us to go out!) We made some great memories with our 4 children, their spouses and our 8 grandchildren.

Great Family vacation spot

Family Matters is a great name for it. Great for all ages. Loved view of beach and easy access to beach. Pool was great and 5 bed rooms plus bunk beds in hall was perfect for our group of 14.

Small Beach Wedding

The house was amazing. The pool and hit tub made for some great wedding pictures. We loved the house. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was great! The patio and short walk to the beach was perfect. We will definitely come back next year

Great spot

We stayed here with 3 families. 12 people in all and the location and house were perfect. Steps from the beach, pool to cool you off. Responsive owners. Looking forward to our next trip down.
