Welcome to our Surfside Beach house, “A Dream Come True” (Twin).

We think it will be a place for your summer vacation dreams to come true. This house is young (constructed '08), spacious (2200 sq ft) and all bedrooms have new carpeting.

Features include 9’ ceilings, four bedrooms each with a full bath, and a modern kitchen with granite counters, utensils, pots/pans. Ceiling fans throughout the house.
Parking under the house.

It is the second house up from Ocean Blvd and beach access is directly across the street. Seven blocks south is the Pier with restaurants and shopping....an easy walk.

We think the layout of the house is perfect for family’s with a Master bedroom on the first floor and on the second floor is a second Master bedroom, bunk bed room (2 bunk beds), and a bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom comes with a 32” LCD TV. The house comes with washer and dryer with a separate AC unit on each floor.

If lounging is preferred, a private pool is in back with six foot privacy fence. The pool is not heated. On ground level is a picnic table and barbecue area. In the first floor living area is a sofa/love seat combo with 52” LCD TV or surf the Internet via WIFI. Departure cleaning is included. Linens are included.
