Nestled in Surfside Beach, known as the family beach on the Grand Strand, this raised townhome offers a comfortable retreat for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. There’s a living room with comfortable furniture including a comfortable sofa, a loveseat that opens to a sleeper, and a comfortable chair. The sofa is not a sleeper but one person can sleep on it. There is also a dining area with a table and 4 chairs as well as 2 stools at the counter. There a wine/soda cooler in the dining room as well. There’s a full kitchen equipped with most anything you’d need to fix a meal. Stainless appliances, full size refrigerator with bottom freezer and ice and filtered water through the door, microwave , range and dishwasher. The cabinets have plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. There’s a George Forman type appliance for quick burgers, there’s a crock pot, a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker. There’s a blender and electric can opener as well as a large pantry. The kitchen is equipped to cook all your meals if you so desire. The 3rd level has two master bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The bathroom in the room with the queen bed has a nice walk-in shower. The second master bedroom with the twin beds has a Jack and Jill bathroom you can lock the door from the hall or the people sleeping downstairs can use it as well and lock it from the bedroom . This bathroom has a standard tub/shower combination. This home can sleep 4 people in beds.There is a loveseat that opens up to a single bed snd one could always sleep on the sofa if need be. There’s a powder room on the main level. Guests enjoy a cozy atmosphere with heating and AC to keep the temperature just right. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of at the beach (which is a short 2 block walk away) or preparing for a new one, this comfortable space invites you to feel right at home. This is a raised townhome meaning there is a flight of stairs to the living level and another flight to the bedrooms. There are new tile and laminate floors throughout, no carpeting. It’s pet friendly and even has a small fenced in back yard. There’s a garage to park a golf cart or motorcycles in. With the buildouts in the garage it’s not feasible to park an automobile in it unless it’s a small one. You can park golf carts and motorcycles in it easily. There’s a shower in the garage to wash off from the beach and it has hot and cold water in it. If you’re sleeping people in the living room they can also utilize this shower so as not to bother those sleeping upstairs, Lovely porch off the living room to enjoy morning coffee or late evening cocktails. There’s are a few beach toys in the garage you’re welcome to have your children use. There are also 4 beach chairs you can use to take to the beach. The beach is a very short, one 10th of a mile, two block walk away if you go one more block there are bathrooms at the beach. There is also parking at that third block however it is pay to park. There is a grocery store, Dairy Queen and dollar general very close by (1/2 mile est) . We look forward to hosting you at our place. We have lived here for 2 years and only recently moved out. We totally enjoyed living here. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, only our side of the street is allowed to short term rental andmost at our end of the street don’t.
