This os our 3rd time staying hear. We absolutely love this place. So up close to the ocean. From living room amd bedroom the views are amazing. You cam lay on the bed and get same affect as being on beach without yhe sand or sunburn. Hahaha! Seriously, amazing!

FUN VACATION

Great stay!

The place was very clean and well-kept. The balcony overlooks the water (and part of the pool on the side) and the beaches here are so clean! We’re about 15 minutes away from everything super touristy (boardwalk, broadway at the beach, etc) in Myrtle, which made it perfect because you’re near the busy crowds, but not right in them. It was so relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful condo on the Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. We enjoyed the private balcony so much & going to the beach is so easy and convenient. The kitchen is beautiful and has anything you will need. The bedroom and mattress was comfortable. In the master bedroom en-suite which is open to the bedroom the toliet has no privacy. It wasn’t a problem for us because it was just 2 of us & there’s another full bathroom which we used. I would stay here again for sure, beautiful beach, low rise community & pretty condo.

Exceptional condo on Surfside Beach

This impeccably updated condo is simply the best place to stay on Surfside Beach. The location can’t be beat. Just steps from the beach and Atlantic ocean with private access and a well kept private pool. The beach was quiet and uncrowded. The condo was minimally stocked with necessities, so renters would definitely need to make a stop at the grocery within a few hours of checking in. I would suggest that you put a hairdryer in each of the two bathrooms instead of just the master. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Our family of four really appreciated the seating at the kitchen bar, as well as the large dining room table, which essentially became a workspace for most of my family. The Wi-Fi connection was good. We did have some issues with the stereo speakers that were hooked up to the TV set. I would also suggest upgrading the pillows, which were not very fluffy and very thin, and the sheets which were very thin. A mattress topper on the beds would definitely put this condo over the top. The family member staying in the master found the open concept bathroom not as private as desired. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we had a marvelous time, despite the fact that it was bike week, and there was occasionally some excessive noise on the road bordering the condo. We will definitely stay here again when we travel to the area to visit our family.

Was a super location, very clean and had no complaints except how it was booked. Booked through VRBO who took a Service fee for absolutely nothing, then was sent info from ITrip. I thought we were being scammed as we have gone through VRBO before and straight to the owner. Was very confusing how this was done and not impressed

FALL BEACH TRIP

First would like to say thank you to Mandy with I-trip. Any and all question/concerns were answered quickly and kindly. We really enjoyed staying in this very nicely appointed condo on the second floor. We have stayed two others times in this building on the first floor, but wanted to try the second floor for a different view . We love this complex for its small size and the great upkeep and attention provided to the grounds etc. The owners pride in their complex is evident. This condo has a great view and had everything we could ask for. We would definitely stay here again. Very easy access to many nearby groceries and stores. The Holiday Inn is a few doors down and the have a great little bar/grill called Saltaire if you want to walk down and eat or get carry out . Great experience all around and appreciated that we could bring our dog.

Beautiful sunrise view!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was 3 short flights up to our unit on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. I used the Keurig and my husband cooked several meals. The master suite has a direct view of the sunrise and very nice to wake up to the sound of waves. My suggestions for improvement would be to add more rugs, especially at front door and in bedrooms because of the sand that is inevitable. Also a big clock by dining table would be nice. Highly recommend though if you want a condo right on the ocean with a pool.
