Pros: Beach view & access, pool, spacious, comfortable & kitchen equipped well. Master bed had a memory foam topper and was very comfortable. Elevator was a huge plus! Cons: Needed a deep cleaning, minor maintenance issues like a kitchen drawer that was off the tracks and almost came out (full of utensils), master bathroom vanity like worked sporadically. Balcony carpet worn and filthy. Overall: We probably wouldn’t stay in the same unit again but South Shores was the perfect location and overall we had a great week.

Family fun at the beach

We did a week stay in Surfside. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff at iTrip were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again

Absolutely beautiful

This is a beautiful property. It was very clean and spacious with a outside balcony facing the Ocean. So beautiful. Mandy was very nice and check in was easy. I love the location. Surfside beach is the perfect spot. We will definitely be back.

Very Pleased

One never knows (for sure) what the rental will really look like. However, we were totally pleased with our accommodations. Our unit was very clean and the lay-out was spacious. We are so pleased with this condo, we plan to stay again in the future. Surfside beach is very family oriented and the perfect place for relaxation.

We loved hearing the waves from our condo and being steps away from the beach. Clean, roomy and mostly updated.

Awesome, relaxing, beach front condo!

It was cozy, convenient, and a nice size condo. The elevator was nice especially with kids. You are literally on the beach so it’s not a far walk. You are also away from the crowds but close to everything you would like to do.

The unit is very nice. The furniture is comfortable. The location is unbelievable! The pool is lovely. The owners in this unit are very friendly and helpful. The unit is close to restaurants and stores. The bathrooms are very small. The only problem is you won’t want to leave when your vacation is over.

Surfside Condo

We loved staying at the condo. The location was perfect. A short walk to get dinner on the beach and there were a ton of restaurants on the highway close by. Check in was easy. The house is nice and the staff was friendly and responded to all text messages quickly. The only issue we had was the AC did not work and when we reported it, the repairman did not come until the next day. However, there is a good a breeze off the ocean so the house was cool at night.

Great

All was very good with the exception of the tv. Never got the one in the living room to work. We followed directions that was there but didn’t work. But that said still had a really good time and the condo was nice. Would stay again

Overall good

Great location. Overall clean. The dryer was very old and did need to be ran several times which was a pain. Also disappointed because I had asked about dryer per previous reviews and was told no one complained. I told management and they were going to check it out Condo has old old carpeting that gives the condo a moldy-musty smell which you eventually get use to. With humidity, water, and sand the carpet needs to be replaced with tile Overall good experience. Will stay here again

Cleaning pest etc

Unit was at the most part clean except it appears things have not been dusted in a while. Doors to both bathrooms appear to have mold on them. Tv in master bedroom is horrible. Would suggest a corner larger mounted one in there. We have in one day already killed multiple large palmetto bugs.

This property was in a great location. Fantastic view from the balcony of the ocean. Close to restaurants and entertainment. This location has an elevator that was a lifesaver! We were able to enjoy both the beach and pool daily. Very responsive host. The location was clean and everything was in good working order. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place on the beach

This condo is a great place right on the beach. We have stayed here for 3 years now and we love it. It’s perfect for us and our 2 dogs. It’s close to everything. The view is fantastic. The house has all the little amenities you need with the exception of beach blankets and towels. I highly recommend this stay.
