Relaxed and Recharged

Surfside Beach is a place that is non-commercialized and low-keyed. Our stay was comfortable. The elevator was an added benefit. Comfortable furniture. A little TLC and a deep cleaning needed in condo. Pet friendly and elevator availability were primary reasons for our selection of this condo.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed being on the water. The rooms were large, so it allowed plenty of space for the numerous adults that were traveling with us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The view was amazing. The people around us were friendly and helpful. Nice size pool. College Graduation

This property was absolutely gorgeous! We were down for my daughters college graduation and made a small vacation out of it. I needed an elevator for my father in law. The view was perfection. Everything was amazing in the condo. I would absolutely stay here again. Missing the view and walks on the beach already. Thank you!

Gorgeous view!

This condo was in a great location and was right on the beach with gorgeous views! Unfortunately the elevator was out the entire time due to the hurricane the week before we went but they were working on it when we left. The condo was spacious and well equipped. Beds were a little soft for our liking and they definitely need a new rug for the balcony. The one on it needs to be thrown in the trash. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Overall great stay!

we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was for the most part clean. The location is perfect. The grills outside need to be replaced. One does not work at all and the other one is in terrible shape.

Nice Property (with one drawback)

Overall, the property is nice; stocked well. Beautiful location and view. The only issue we had was the bat that somehow got into one of the bathrooms. We managed to get rid of it, but to our surprise, another bat was found in the same bathroom the next morning. Needless to say, we were very upset by this finding and called the maintenance number for assistance. They were very quick to respond; got rid of the bat and identified the area where it was coming in. Worked to close up the area and then called in an exterminator who came that afternoon. No further bats were found during our stay. I would recommend this property but keep an eye out for bats (first bedroom/bathroom on the right hand side when you enter the property).

Spacious 3 bedroom condo

Great property!! Lots of room for 6 of us and felt there was actually more room than pictures show. Pictures were very accurate. Great beachfront location and quiet, felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Kitchen was very well stocked with anything you may need! Minor issues with shower curtains and TV remote were addressed quickly. Owner replied quickly with email correspondence to any questions/concerns. Property manager was helpful! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and spacious property

We loved our 6 week stay at this property. There was plenty room & the kitchen had everything you would need. Best equipped kitchen in a VBRO that we have encountered. The appliances were new but the ice maker didn't make much ice even after the maintenance guy worked on it. 1 queen mattress in the middle bedroom was soft to use. The king mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. We reported other small issues ( torn screens & multiple rips in the curtain lining.) These are minor & only mildly detract from the comfort of the property but kept me from giving it 5 Stars. ITrip rentals is great to with & very responsive.

Very Nice 3 Bedroom Beachfront Condo

We decided to take a weekend trip to the Beach, since the weather looked gorgeous and it was my sons birthday. Made reservations 2 days before going. Great 3 Bed 3 Bath Condo located close to several great restaurant experiences including River City, Pizza Hyena, Bubbas Fish Shack and also close to Murrells Inlet (Claws, YUMMO Crab Nachos) The Condo had great views, very close to Beach, large sundeck, elevator, 3 floors in the building so it was nice and lots of parking. Two walk in Showers and one tub in the 3 baths, two beds in the two guest rooms and a king in the master, great beds for sleeping. Great Fall Prices. Would rent again

Just what we needed

Beautiful place

Had a great time. Lots of space in this condo, with a great view. They do need a new key, as it was tough to get into the door with one of them. Also replace shower curtains, mold, and vacuum under couches. Otherwise bedrooms were clean, lots of kitchen equipment, beautiful kitchen, and again, the view! And the elevator was a great savior! They have shopping carts and luggage cart to get groceries and belongings up and down faster and easier, what a great idea that was! We loved our stay here, and would stay here again! Thank you!

Great beach access!!

We had a fun time together! Location is Fantastic! Water pressure is low! And toilet in master bedroom squeals every time it’s flushed! And we had a noise complaint our first night there of little feet running! Well we have a three year old toddler and you don’t keep them still! Other than that it was great! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of room for the ten of us!

Family fun in the Sun

Property was big enough for our family(7 adults). Clean, spacious and all the amenities of home. Access to the beach....just walk downstairs. view was amazing from the balcony. Everything was as advertised. Local property manager Mandy was absolutely amazing! friendly and extremely helpful on all fronts. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo!

We have a group of two families and children (who are now adults themselves!) that have been coming to Surfside Beach for 16 summers now - this is by far the absolute best condo we have rented. The amenities were amazing; it was clean, modern, well laid out and had a beautiful ocean view from the large balcony. Shopping carts and luggage carts, along with an elevator, made getting in and out easy - and the check in/check out process was quick and effortless. We truly enjoyed our stay and have already agreed this will be our first place to check for availability going forward for future beach trips! The owners and property managers were also great - very responsive and checked a couple of times to be sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great time!!
