"The property was in good condition. (the seat on the upstairs toilet was loose).Just a couple of things would have improved our stay - we would have liked a broom to sweep the balcony, and the brush on the stick vac didn't rotate and didn't vacuum well.the location was perfect."

"Although it was a comfortable quite a new house, we were very disappointed that the description on Expedia was misleading. It was advertised as a four-bedroom house, but it is only a three bedrooms. The fourth was actually a cabin in backyard required an additional fee. Additionally, one of air conditioners in the in bedroom faulty. We were told when inquired that technician would be sent for an inspection but no one ever showed up."

"From the moment Chris welcomed us to the apartment I knew we were going to have an exceptional stay. The communication was prompt, smooth and easy, the room beyond expectations with all the amenities you could wish for and the sun filled room with Lorne beach views provided a an excellent seaside experience.
