"It is the cutest little house looking from the outside, but when you go in, there is so much space, smelled so good, clean, beds were comfy, great AC, so nice to go back to the house to cool off, and when we needed to make contact with the owner, answered right away! Highly recommend! "

"We had a great stay! The property owner was friendly and kept in good communication throughout our visit, which made everything smooth and easy. The home was exactly as pictured and absolutely perfect for our needs. The pool was a great temperature and got lots of use during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience, we’d definitely stay here again!"

"This property has it all, and it's beautifully decorated. Love that its right on the beach and the deck space below the house is amazing. The porch /deck on the house was an amazing space too. Has a porch swing and deck chairs to just watch the waves. The best part is the inside of the house is the ocean views from all of the windows. Bedrooms and master has incredible views of the ocean too"

"The location to everything was amazing loved how close we were to the beach. Great views. Super comfy beds. Great communication with the owners. We will be back again next summer. "

"This makes our 3rd stay at the Happy Mullet! Twice through VRBO and once direct through homeowners when we couldn’t stay the full 7 nights. It suits all our needs especially with teens. We also have a Yorkie and were able to bring her this trip since the home is dog friendly. Love that it is beach front and close to the walkover. We have made many memories here and we will be back!"
