I’m familiar with Winona and knew this home was a modest walking distance from dining spots (Nosh, Muddled Thyme, Blooming Grounds and Heirloom Seasonal Bistro) and Midtown Market. The home itself is compact but clean, modern and functional. I really appreciated the dedication to labeling all the light switches and storage! I sat out in the private patios both nights - no mosquitoes! "

"Check in was easy. We parked a car in the very clean garage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barb got back to us quickly with a question. The area is quiet and private with places to sit outdoors. You could see a horse next door at its stable. The area is beautiful and close to Rochester with its many good restaurants. "

"House was big enough for our group (8). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking/serving implements. Showers (2) - one attached to master bedroom, one shower to serve the other 3 bedrooms (6 people). Laundry in basement was very convenient. Owner is very responsive. No grocery or restaurants close enough for a short walk, just need to plan ahead. Quiet neighborhood. Large back yard and fun to see fireflies come out of the woods at sunset. "

"Nice quiet working class neighborhood. Walked my dog several times a day without concern. Downstairs renters very friendly. Comfortable beds. Toys for children. Spacious. Not far from Mayo. Wooded area behind house. Deer walk around. You’re in town but also feels like you’re in country."
