It was an amazing hotel to stay with very clean room and hallways. The room was also quiet from noise outside.

Probably the best hotel in Surabaya. The hotel is located in a mall. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic. They also have one of the best spa in Surabaya. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Stay!
The hotel locates at a quiet area so I have great sleeping quality The staff treated guest as family as they remembered me and cared about my requirement of being vegetarian. It is absolutely no problem for coming back next time!

In meinen Augen Nummer 1 in Surabaya
Die behielten sich selbst beim Frühstück die Kaffeevorliebe vom Tag vorher. Ein solches Frühstück s Buffet habe ich so noch nicht gesehen.

Excellent!
We enjoyed our 3 night stay in The Westin hotel. It’s a nice hotel, nice location and most of all the staff are very friendly especially Patrice who works at the front office..

Excellent level of service
All staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. I initially booked the twin room but later when checking in, I found out that only the deluxe king bed size room have the bath tub. The Receptionist helped me to change the room without a fuzz. So thoughtful. They also provided a complimentary fruit basket in the room. Lovely gesture. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again next time.

Best five star hotel in Surabaya
Westin Surabaya is one of the best five star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is spacious, modern luxury and clean. The bathroom is awesome. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous with wide range of menu. Definitely will come again.
