"Awesome place, convenient location"

"The house was cute and spacious. My rating is based on the fact that the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and unorganized. The towels left on beds, that were rolled up, were wet and smelled faintly of mold. We inspected the house when we first arrived, checking which doors could open and which were locked, but when we woke up the next morning, one of the locked doors were wide open and it freaked me and my kids out, thinking someone came inside...

"It is a cozy and clean house, nice neighborhood, quiet, and respectful. The communication with the host was good. She was attentive and considerate. As I mentioned, it was clean, but not impeccable, the towels smell a little bit like humidity, and I think the sofas and carpet.need a good wash. One of the bedrooms was very small with only one nightstand and no TV inside. The master bedroom was nice though. The other thing, is that if you are sensitive to deodorizers, it’s full of glade plug ins "

"The house is big and beautiful and was perfect for our multi generation family and our dog. It was very clean and comfortable. The back yard is beautifully landscaped. My husband enjoyed the putting greens and our teenage grandchildren especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the game tables. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just a short drive to grocery stores and not far from the Strip. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Las Vegas."

"While I didn’t want to leave only one star there is no way I could possibly have left five. It is really too bad because had the place been maintained before we arrived I feel it would’ve absolutely earned five stars. First off when we got there the air-conditioning had been shut off and it was 95 inside the house. We arrived at 3 PM and by 11 PM. It had only cooled down to 84 beyond that the pool deck had bird droppings all along the side between the house and the pool. The pool appeared to be...

"There was so much space for everyone to spread out and relax after long ball games, which made a huge difference for our group. The extra fridge was such a great bonus for our big family—it made storing food and drinks so much easier. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. "
