"My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇"

"As we were walking out the door for vacation we found out that our prior hotel had canceled our stay without any communication or explanation whatsoever!! After a mini freakout, I went onto Expedia and Sea and Sand Cottages was the first thing that popped up. "We had such a wonderful stay in Port A! The home was even better than expected. The private pool was perfect for relaxing after the beach, and we loved that it was dog-friendly so our pup could come along too. The host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. "Extremely clean, nicely decorated beautiful room. The bed was too soft for us, but got enough sleep to feel refreshed in the morning. Would definitely stay again for 1 night but likely wouldn't more than that due to soft bed. This place is on Hwy 35 but is in a quiet area and is very close to fair ground and artist community shopping. Dog Station is appreciated so that you arent keeping waste bags in the room. "This house is actually split into 2 . A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location.
