"This is located close to the many downtown Tampa activities. The neighborhood is beautiful with varied architecture and lush landscape. This home is the 1st floor of a renovated 1940s house. The kitchen is equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors. We appreciated the off-street parking spot right in front of the house that was plenty for a full sized pick up truck. We will stay here again...

"Walkable to shops, restaurants. Stayed 4 nights. Just right for 2 people. Safe area Plenty of parking(although on the street). Very clean & modern. Would definitely rent again!"

"This cute little bungalo is exactly as described, if not better. The decor is precious and it is warm and inviting. Complete with dog toys and the comfyist of accommodations. The bikes were so perfect to cruise this beautiful historic neighborhood and take a ride to the bay. Our kids were able to ride to get ice cream right down the street. We enjoyed the farmers market just a couple blocks away, full of local produce. We loved dinner at Bocellis italian restaurant less than 5 minutes...

"The property was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quaint and in a good location. The only issue we had was it is listed as a 4 bedroom and it was only 3. Overall, I would stay there again."

"This a great place to stay! The entire floor plan was very functional. We had 10 people and we were all able to spread out nicely. The only issue we had was that there were cigarette butts all under the smoking trash post, One of the bed’s comforters wasn’t cleaning there was another bed in the room, so it was fine. Also, there wasn’t a blender… Location was great, the corner store was about 2 blocks away so the teenagers really liked going there. Parking was easy to fit a two car trailer and 2...

"The house is just as expected, very homey and relaxing. The backyard is relaxing and very sunny. We had a good time cooking and enjoying the holiday.The rooms were nice size and the living room was great to play board games."

"I couldn’t be happier with my time spent at this property. From check-in to check out I was made to feel as if the home was my own and they were helpful friends. The place is two blocks from Bayshore Boulevard, which is perfect for a run, walk, bike, night stroll, photo ops etc. Highly recommend!"
