"Pros: Beautiful, safe area for morning strolls. Restaurants, grocery, Bayshore Dr and Hyde Park Village within easy walking distance. Very clean. Deck with large oak is relaxing, despite being on an alley. Responsive and accommodating host. Cons: The refurbishment was tasteful although obviously done on a limited budget. Furnishings provide the basics although left us missing the comforts of home. Also, be advised that a family lives upstairs. The noise level is certainly tolerable. ...

"We were in Tampa for a wedding. The townhouses were great for our family gathering. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. I felt we were all happy with our stay. The accommodations were clean "

"We were provided facial soap bar; shampoo packet; body lotion packet. Not sure if there was additional of those avaiable as they were only enough for one day. Coffee was fresh. Not stale. But sweetener would have been a nice touch. Again one day supply of coffee. The balcony lights were bright and kind of a deterrent to sitting out at night due to the glare. Tried to find a switch to no avail. This first part of this review is feed back for improvement only as overall this was a nice property...

"I went to Tampa to work downtown. I should've researched a little more. The distance from the vrbo to downtown almost cost me thegig. It was a bit overpriced for what it is"

"It's not really common but this stay was better than on the pictures. Very clean, details like disposable toothbrushes, shaving cream, toothpaste, coffee pods. If sliding bathroom door isn't a problem for you (for us it wasn't) this apartment is better than it looks. The only thing I would add are coffee mugs. Other than that it was great!"
