Casas de vacaciones privadas en Sur de Tampa

"Prefect"

"It was cozy & quiet but there was nowhere to put things. The few drawers there were had sheets in them. A few other things that would help:Hooks on back of doors, a small storage shelf somewhere, an iron and ironing board, a mirror for dressing. Also, the 2 rugs in kitchen were dirty."

"Well, first of all it did not sleep 10. And the beds available were at mid par. One of the rooms had four little bunkbeds in there like summer camp or something for your kids so I guess if you’re going on vacation with one other family who has maybe 1 to 2 kids then it will work because it’s only two queen size beds, which would have to be for the parents of course. They were a few things not working correctly kind of damaged but all in all everything still did the job we only needed the...

"First off I’d like to say the host had the absolute best communication I’ve ever experienced. They were very prompt with responses to my many questions and concerns. Always extremely helpful and informative. Secondly, the property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool area was clean and comfortable. Our family loved this stay so much. We had such a good time at the property!!! I’ve stayed at several places in the Tampa area and this is the only one I’d make a...

"Great spot for a pet."

"It’s a charming place, but I had a few issues. There were dead ants everywhere, making it feel dirty. I’ve taken pictures. The small yard wasn’t clean either. There was rotten fruit on the table, and the yard was covered in leaves. The bed, however, was very comfortable."

"Great location! Closet to great restaurants, South Howard and downtown. Right next to Bayshore Blvd, beautiful place for night time strolls- we felt very safe. Angi and Bret were super attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back! The place is roomy and very comfortable."

"Nice to enjoy the pool after a long hot day."

"Nice little property very clean. There was two of us staying for a full week and there was only three towels provided that was less than ideal and then we did not realize or see anywhere in the listing about the crazy bar scene one of the nights every single road was closed and we had to take a long route around to get to the house. There was drunk people literally standing in the lawn in front of the house. It didn’t feel unsafe or anything just not exactly what you want to see when you’re just...

"First, let me say, what was great about the rental. Excellent location in South Tampa, with easy, albeit unpaved parking, incredibly responsive maintenance staff. The place was filthy. I had to take the garbage can out and wash it down. The screened in porch gives the impression it is yours when in fact, the washer and dryer sit outside for the other rental to use, which was quite a shock to us when we had let our cats outside and someone just walked in. The screens were ripped in so many places...

"It was an older house. Could use some updating. Cold A/C and hot water were both on point The area is an older area that the town is trying to re-vamp. So lots of older and newer buildings. The outside of the rental does not make you feel warm and fuzzy, however we had no issues with the area or people around us. It is close to a lot of stuff which made getting around a breeze."

"Great place to stay! We will definitely be back!"

"1Wonderful Stay and Exceptional Hospitality!Thao’s home was exactly as described—clean, fresh, spacious and just as beautiful as the photos! I’ll admit, I was initially a little hesitant to book since it was a new listing but I am so glad we decided to give it a chance. Our group of 9 was extremely comfortable and the home turned out to be a perfect fit for us.There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Some of our group took advantage of the outdoor yard...
