"The flat was clean and exactly in the right area with easy access to the centre of Sydney. There was an abundance of good restaurants in the surrounding streets and also a supermarket with-in walking distance. The bakery around the corner was fantastic. All in all a great stay. The only criticsm was that it is an older property and is split level and has a number of stairs which although not a problem for us might before the the less able."

"Check in process is beyond inconvenient. Never had a worse experience. If you want people to check in online then let them know ahead of time. I'm juggling luggage on the street trying to check in with your phone staff. Filling online forms, scanning ID etc just to open the hotel entrance door. That is the first and last time for me."

"The property has everything you'll need for a short stay. It is ideally situated in the City so most areas can be walked to within 40 minutes. The kitchen is small but has everything you'll need. Washing machine is great. Drying hard in high humidity though dehumidifier helped x"
