"Uns hat die Villa sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der Außenbereich mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick. Abgesehen von der Küche ist die Ausstattung ist auch top. Der Service ist auch sehr gut, bei fragen oder Problemen wird schnell geholfen."

"Villa Filia was absolutely wonderful. Great location in Gennadi to the center of town. Very short drive to beach. Plenty of space for 6-7 people. Kitchen is beautiful! Patio is private. The terraces for each bedroom were wonderful! Having a washing machine and dish washing machine was a major plus! We will 100% stay here again next time we visit family in Gennadi. Thank you Ulrich!! You were a pleasure to work with."

"Ist eine gute Unterkunft. Lage war gut. Im unteren Schlafzimmer ist kein Insektenschutz vorhanden. Oben die beiden Schlafzimmer haben dies. Im Wohnzimmer ist auch eine vorhanden. Das Geschirr recht teils nicht bis 4 geschweige 6 Personen. Oben im Bad gibt es nur eine halbe Duschtüre. Parken vor dem Haus. Die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben jeweils eine Klimaanlage. Wir hatten zwei Tage mit Ameisen in der Küche zu tun. Woher die kamen, keine Ahnung. "

"A lovely private villa in a quiet location but walking distance to village centre and some great restaurants. The villa was clean and comfortable with a good sized pool and Dimitri was a friendly and helpful host. He also owns one of the restaurants in the village which serves great food, has good customer service and holds fun greek nights (Taverna Temptation)"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was our highlight for refreshing after our day trips around Rhodes. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to a nice and quiet beach. Very helpful host. A few details to renew inside. It was a wonderful holiday week there."

"Beautiful spacious villa with a private swimming pool with 3 loungers. We stayed in number 2 with enough parking place and lots of privacy. What a great place for our family with kids. It’s really clean and well equipped with wash machine, dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee machine, fridge with ice compartment, water cooker, oven, hair dryer, towels. Sometimes you will find some mini ants, but due to the hot weather this was inevitable. Because we stayed for a week there is no house cleaning....

"A dream in white – really beautiful beach villa! Well-equipped and maintained, even a wine cabinet fridge is there to keep your red wines at ideal drinking temperature. All bedrooms with TV, many hundred international channels. Pool gets cleaned every second day. We had really beautiful days there! Just one tiny suggestion for improvement: Wifi is good upstairs but somewhat limited downstairs – a repeater would help. Internet connectivity breaks down occasionally, then rebooting is required....

"Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en casa de María y Ioannis. La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones de limpiezas y comodidades. La piscina y el jardín son una preciosidad. Apreciamos mucho el gran esfuerzo que han realizado después de los catastróficos incendios de julio para que pudiéramos pasar allí nuestras vacaciones. Son unos excelentes anfitriones."

"Ein toller herzlicher Empfang, bereits bei der Anreise. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist absolut perfekt, immer zur Stelle wenn man ihn braucht, wenn zum Beispiel das Feuer zum Grill anzünden fehlt. Auch fragt er ob alles in Ordnung ist , ob man etwas benötigt. Und gleich zu Beginn, gab es selbst gemachtes Olivinöl und den Rhodos typischen Sumo, ein Alkoholhaltiges Getränk. Unseren Damen waren die Matratzen etwas zu hart.
