"Bien ubicado. Personal atento. Buena cama, todo lo que necesitas para descansar. No obstante la alfombra me precio desgastada y las cortinas de la ventana de la habitación estaban rotas. Se escuchaban ruidos por la noche. Para ser un Sheraton me parece que se deberían cuidar más esos detalles."

EL NOMBRE DEL HOTEL EN EXPEDIA APARECE COMO BLUE MONTAINS Resort Village Suites Y EL NOMBRE REAL DEL HOTEL ES Grand Georgian - Village Suites by Blue Mountain Resort, LO QUE DIFICULTA ENCONTRAR EL LUGAR. 2. AL LLEGAR EL PERSONAL NO TE PROPOCIONA TODA LA INFORMACIÓN A) SOBRE EL ESTACIONAMIENTO, YA QUE ESTE ES COMPARTIDO CON OTRAS PROPIEDADES; B) SOBRE EL SERVICIO DE TOALLAS PARA LA PLAYA PRIVADA, QUE SON GRATIS Y TE LAS DAN EN EL HOTEL EN LA PLAYA TE LAS RENTAN; C) NO TE INFORMAN QUE TIENES QUE RESERVAR EL SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA TU HABITACIÓN, LO CUAL ES ATIPICO EN UN HOTEL. 3. FALTARON ALGUNAS AMENIDADES EN HABITACIÓN COMO CARTUCHOS PARA CAFE, ETC. 4. EN LA PLAYA PRIVADA TE RENTAN LAS SOMBRILLAS, PERO SOLO TIENEN SIETE (7) PARA TODO EL SERVICIO DEL HOTEL, LO CUAL PROVOCA MUCHA INCOMODIDAD AL ESTAR TODO EL TIEMPO BAJO EL SOL O LLENDO A PREGUNTAR A CADA RATO SI YA HAY UNA SOMBRILLA DISPONIBLE."
