"This was a great place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary. It is in a great location, the rooms are clean and updated, and the views are exceptional. Checking in/gaining access to the property was a breeze and the property manager was quick to get us answers to any questions we had. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, but if you are wanting to cook, be prepared to get your own spices, oils, and cleaning supplies. "Beautiful apartment. We appreciated that there was at least one king bed. Lovely view of the lake. Nice bathroom. And appreciate that there were hooks around the apartment to hang things on, something that is often missing at rental properties. The keyless entries make things so much easier. "House was clean, well stocked with both essentials and water toys, and conveniently right on Lake Koshkonong. Our kids and dog loved the easy beach access for swimming. Town needs like gas, groceries, and boat rental are less than 15 minutes away and the Lily Pad Restaurant is a 5 minute walk. Communication with Tammy was very fast and check in/out painless. We would return again and definitely recommend for a pet friendly family weekend."

"Scott was a fantastic host - very responsive & easy to work with! Lots of room for us to spread out & relax without feeling we were on top of each other! Hot tub, pool/pingpong table & foosball were as shown & greatly enjoyed.Also had several hot games of cards at the kitchen table!!Loved the sunroom too! "Overall the experience was frustrating as when we arrived to the property it was not cleaned, no beds ready, and no laundry done. The house was not cleaned until 10:30 PM. After reaching out to the property manager multiple times there was never a response that corrected their mistake and compensated us for not being able to use the property until 6 or more hours after the check-in date. "

"We really enjoyed this house! Short walk to the beautiful lake. Friendly neighbors and lots of wildlife in the area. The house had plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed for the week. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!"

"Came for the Morgan Wallen concert with my family. Was really pleased with the property. Great view, patio, spacious condo, close to some restaurants downtown and uber ride to concert. Only negative is I found out day before that the condo doesn’t include a parking spot. They texted me the day before to ask if I wanted one. I was at work and it took me 45 mins to respond. They told me they were sold out and I’d have to park in parking garage. That turned out to be ok. $16 for over 24...

"What a wonderful place for our family. The beds were very comfortable. He had lots of lake toys that we took advantage of. Nice view of lake. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Adam is very attentive and I appreciate that. Thank you!!"

"This property was perfect. It was full of character and even had well cared for house plants. Loved that the patio had a ceiling so we could sit there during the rain. All beds were super comfortable. I just can’t think of anything negative!"

"The Island is a great place to stay. It’s right on the water, and we enjoyed long days relaxing, swimming and being out on the water on the stand-up paddle boards and in the kayaks. "Had a phenomenal weekend celebrating my brothers engagement. House was plenty big enough to host 13 of us with a huge backyard and beds for everyone.Airconditioning worked very well too in what have otherwise been a very toasty few days. Would definitely stay here again"
