"Brice was a great host. We had some trouble with the lock upon arrival, but he responded to my message right away and made sure we got in. He checked back later to make sure everything was okay. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pictures are accurate. The beds are on the firm side but not hard. It was quiet, and we slept well. The kitchen is supplied well. Appliances are nice. "Excellent instructions (super easy door access) and very clean. This is right on the water; so as always, children cannot be left unattended. For whatever reason, cellular access can be spotty; so I'd advise downloading your map & directions, especially if ypu'll be arriving at night. "
