"The whirlpool did not work and management did nothing to fix it. After many generic (AI generated) mails back and forth someone was sent over on the 2nd day and later they admitted, a part would need to be replaced as the pool could not maintain the temperature. Very disappointing and frustrating, as we booked the accommodation because of the whirlpool. We also had the feeling that the issue was known beforehand, which makes it false advertising."

"Amazing property with excellent view. One con is that you may need to carry your luggage upstairs. We opted to leave it downstairs and carry only what is needed. There is also a washing machine - that was great to get our clothes refreshed. Tranquility stay. Highly recommend this place. Host is super responsive and attends to your needs via whatsap."
