"Nice older ranch home, well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. Very nice pool and sun room, comfy beds, plenty of nice towels and beach towels, modern appliances and internet tv, alarm system. Located on a busy, high traffic road, well back from the street, but still quite loud at night. That said, we would probably rent here again and bring earplugs for sleeping. Good communication, overall a happy experience."

"From our arrival until we left, we had a perfect stay. We had clear instructions for every step of our stay. We will be back. Easy walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium. Huge amount of great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance."

"Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way. "This property has lots of space for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved seeing the horses near the house and the geese and their babies by the lake.Aaron was very quick to respond when we reached out. We enjoyed our stay."

"Our family really enjoyed feeling like we were out in the country on our own yet being close to anything we would need. The owner was responsive and pleasant. The property was clean and very useful. It was very open, but also had everything we needed. We especially loved that the children could run around outdoors without constant supervision."

"The inside of the home was clean and neat. Appliances were nice and met our expectations. We loved the giant bean bag! Air worked very well. There is one TV in the living room. Any minor concerns were shared with the host and were well recieved. It was a nice stay close to the city. We visited the Zoo (highly recommend) and the canal. Very interesting section of city there. "Host was very helpful and neighbor was very friendly."

"We had a tournament weekend in the area. We found this place because we needed extra room with additional family coming to the tournament. The house was clean and attractive. We were further from grand park but actually there were plenty of food options and shopping needs on the way to and from that I thought it was better. The backyard was really peaceful and we enjoyed a soccer game in Indy since we were so close to downtown. "
