"Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). "Great location within walking distance to restaurants and breweries in RiNo. The condo was perfect for our group with a nice living area, comfy beds, and good size bathrooms. The host was great with communication and check-in was a breeze. The parking space in the garage righ next door was really convenient and it was great to have an enclosed space guaranteed. This spot is perfect for anyone exploring RiNo or downtown."

"Father/son trip to see an Avalanche game. Perfect location. Close to the arena and downtown. Condo was very clean. I appreciated the basics being included (TP, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, washer machine pods, even coffee!!!). Thank you for all that.
