"It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by."

"I was traveling into Denver with my 20 yo daughter, so therefore needed two bedrooms. This was a terrific option close to town and Red Rocks. The home is completely up to date and well stocked. Don’t let the surroundings fool you, as the drive in looks a bit rough, this place is a gem. The small turnoff next to the home allows you to get off the street for parking. Communications were terrific and very responsive. Would definitely stay again when in town."

"Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. "

"What a find! Love this place. New appliances, freshly painted, comfortable beds, and my favorite, the back deck. Located near shopping, can walk to the grocery store, and is minutes from my Aunt's house. There was 5 in our group and we were all comfortable and love this place. We will be back. I also need to mention it is well stocked with everything. Just bring your cloths."

"Amazing property, close to Red Rocks for concerts/hiking. House has the best kitchen setup for all meal preps. Outdoor grill and picnic table is great for evening meal. Very clean house and surrounding outdoor areas. Sitting near the creek early in the morning or late in the day is the best therapy in the world! Cool evenings make great use of the hot tube is a must!"
