The only negative point was the size of the bathroom, a bit small. But all the amenities were provided. The staff and the food were excellent and made up for the poor location of the hotel. It was impossible to go out walking anywhere and you needed a taxi to get around."

"Perfecta estancia. Muy buena relación calidad precio. No es tan maravilloso ni con el nivel de cuidado del detalle como otros hoteles de la cadena Taj pero su precio es también muy inferior. El servicio es inmejorable y hotel muy cómodo. Se hecha en falta un toque más histórico tratándose de un hotel emblemático de la época colonial. Pero muy recomendable sobre todo teniendo en cuenta su precio."

"We stayed in Hyatt Regency Chennai for 12 days. We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was the highlight of the day. Wide array of food was available and the staff were very friendly & polite. The rooms were clean & very comfortable . The staff in the parking lobby were very courteous and attentive. I would definitely stay again and also recommend to others. Keep up the good work!"

"The only drawback is they do not have a room big enough to accommodate a family of 4 with older kids. They expect us to book 2 rooms which is a big drawback. Otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay with your family and the amenities are awesome. The breakfast menu is huge and excellent."

"This Hotel location is good.. But the rooms size are small we booked for three and the single queen bed room provided was very small to fit all we even checked for twin bed room which is also small.. The TV in the room is also not working and the bathroom are tiny."
