"It's a cute little house in a great location. The view is fantastic! We came to visit our son who is stationed at Twentynine Palms, and it was perfect. The inside is updated nicely with modern finishes. The porch and patio are lovely and relaxing, and the firepit was wonderful at night. The windows and sliding door are older, and the sliding door & screen are a little difficult to move. "The Perch was just what we were hoping for. The views are amazing, I did'nt realize how many mountains surround Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree. The inside of the cabin is layed out beautifully . We did not use the hot tub, we are not hot tub people but it was mounted in the deck perfect for privacy and catching the gorgeous view."
