Jenny was a wonderful host. She communicated perfectly - providing updates, needed information, as well as helpful local tips to help facilitate our stay. The home is beautiful with outstanding views of the ocean! Our family had an amazing time enjoying the heated pool, playing on the beach with the grandkids, relaxing on the decks, watching sunrises and sunsets - would definitely love to stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable home. We had plenty of space to spread out in the house. Amazing ocean views. Great pool. Lots of parking and easy walk to restaurants and local coffee shop.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay and loved our trip to Holden Beach. The house has plenty of space and the view/location are incredible! The pool is excellent as well and provided a nice change of pace after spending the day on the beach.

This vacation home has everything! Steps from the ocean, pool and hot tub. The house was spotless, the master bedroom was incredible, huge with a newly updated en suite bathroom that has incredible views of the beach. The house has a big open floor plan, so our extended family of 14 never felt crowded. Jenny the host was available for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Keys on the Conch Shell - June 2025

What a beautiful home. Jenny was super responsive with any questions or things we were requesting her help with. The renovations done were magnificent. Having a tent setup on the beach and then all of the beach chairs & toys available made traveling so much simpler. Great access to the ocean & a wonderful pool/hot tub were the perfect icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

Perfect Bliss

absolute bliss....well, as much 'bliss' as you can get with 2 children and their 7 children and spouses! The location was perfect, the house perfect, the pool and beach perfect. We had a wonderful time.

Very clean, updated, well equipped kitchen. Loved the kids bedroom for our 5 gkids. Had full bath with 2 bunk beds. Full size beds (2 kids ea) on ground and 2 twin beds above. We rented for a full week so we had the daily tent service which we all loved. It could shade 5-6 people at a time.

Great time at Keys in the Conch Shell

Really had a nice vacation at Holden Beach. Our house was perfect for our family! Best of both worlds with a pool in the back yard and the beach directly behind that. Thank you Jenny and Mark Stoner.

The host is extremely responsive, friendly and hospitable. The house was clean and in a fantastic location being right on the beach with a private walk out. We couldn’t have stayed in a better home. We will definitely be staying again!!

Great Family Beach Trip

We had an amazing time, the house was perfect and the views were amazing! The property owner was amazing, very quick responses, and accommodating to us! We will definitely be going back and visiting. My family had a great time in the pool, hot tub and home. I could not have ask for a better experience!!!

Beachfront retreat - Second year in row, already booked for year 3

Annual family trip to the beach. Members convene from Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Georgia for a wonderful week. Jenny is always accessible for any concerns we have. Can't wait to be back next year!
