Wonderful

This was a beautiful week. Thank you for your kindness. We so enjoyed the beauty of the location and ability to walk to the beach. The location is perfect. There were five of us and we were totally comfortable with bedrooms and common areas.

Love the renovations

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is so nice, and the updates are incredible. Holden Beach in general is amazing. So quiet... so family friendly... so tranquil at night. We spent our mornings in the sand, our afternoons napping and exploring the area, and our evenings on the back porch watching the moon rise over the water. It was a perfect week. I hope you update the pictures on VRBO soon because all of the renovations are amazing, and I am sure potential renters would love to see them! It is also worth taking the blurb out about the loft area with the couch because that's no longer there (and we'd planned on using that space for an air mattress).

We had a lovely time. The house is well equipped. Because of the Corona virus we brought our own blankets our own so ap our own toilet paper so that part was inconvenient. The house is very clean except that it was full of dog hairs. Dog cares were found on the mattress and there was probably some on the fence overhead. Two of my children who are in their fifties are very allergic to dog hair and dander. I thought that no pets were allowed and I think if they are allowed that your clean up crew should do a better job.

A fantastic house for my family! Felt like a home away from home!

Perfect location... our favorite part of Holden Beach! This house has a great floor plan... loved the loft area! Gave us space to spread out. The management company made renting this house so easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation. The house was in an excellent location. Not too busy and we went the week leading up to the 4th of July. The house had everything we needed with two young kids and the set up worked out perfectly. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect property in the perfect location

Couldn't have been more pleased with the house or location. It had absolutely everything we could have asked for. We came down with a group of six and had plenty of room. The location was nice and quiet and the beach was never crowded. The home was clean and much better equipped than a few other rentals we have had over the years. Rental company was more than accommodating and there was always a helpful voice when I called with a question or to arrange early check-in. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic week

We really enjoyed our stay at this house on Holden Beach. It was perfect for our family of 6 with just enough room for all of us. It was very clean and well equipped with all that we needed. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and did several loads of laundry throughout the week. Being able to walk right out on the beach was the best part! The only disappointment was that there’s only one house that separates this property from a public beach access. Luckily for us the beach wasn’t crowded at all the week we were here, but that might not be the case if we came later in the summer. We would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it!

2019 Siblings gathering at Holden Sands, perfect location.

We rented Holden Sands for a 5 days/4 nights stay with my husband’s adult siblings. The layout of the house was perfect for 2 couples and 2 single sisters. The kitchen had most of what was needed for preparation of our meals (cooked in the whole stay) and large enough for the many cooks on hand. The living area was large enough to house 6 adults watching the basketball games (UNC!) and playing card games up in the night. The guys surf fished while the girls sat in the sun (loved the little cubbie with lounge chairs) no wind but plenty of sun. Our only complaints would be the cleanliness of the house and the master bedroom bed. I’m a clean freak though, others may have no problem with the house. But the master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. That is the only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars. Reviews we had read before renting stated furniture was dated, not sure if that’s what they meant, if so then we agree. Other siblings stated their beds slept fine, but we did not in the master bedroom. The only other complaint and we tried to overlooked it was the constant hammering next door due to repairs on the house beside of our rental. The house was the perfect location for our gathering!

Great location and just what we were looking for.

We rented the house at the last minute for a week in August. The house was very clean and had just about everything we needed on vacation. It was a nice set up with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. We all had a blast!! It was awesome that the kids could walk right down to the beach and put their feet in the water every morning while we sat on the deck and took in the beautiful view. We would definitely rent that house again and strongly recommend it for a fun family vacation.

Spring family retreat

My family and enjoyed our stay at the beach. The home was the perfect size for our family of four. It had great access to the beach and a nice sized viewing deck. I do recommend some new outdoor furniture since the existing furniture was worn and outdated. The room size and living space was just right. The home could use a refresh, yet met all of our needs at a reasonable cost.

Great view nice house

The pictures of the view didn't do justice to how well you could see the beach from the porch. The house has a lot of charm and fit our needs perfectly for a family with 2 small children that wanted some room to roam and play inside and out.
