Biển Kay was created as a celebration of coastal living and the two cultures that shaped our family. Its name brings them together. Biển is Vietnamese for the sea, and Kay is Haitian Creole for home, a name that reflects both home and the sea.

Designed to feel elevated while still making family travel easy, Biển Kay brings together beautiful interiors, thoughtful amenities, and plenty of room to gather.

Inside the Home

The fully equipped kitchen features Café appliances, a dedicated ice maker, wine fridge, and walk in pantry, with plenty of space for everything from easy beach breakfasts to dinners at home. The kitchen flows into the dining area and main living room, where an electric fireplace creates a comfortable place to gather.

A second living room offers another place to unwind with a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and Pac Man arcade. Sonos audio is connected throughout the home, making it easy to enjoy music from room to room.

Bedrooms and Comfort

Four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms offer plenty of room and privacy for families and groups. Three bedrooms each have their own private ensuite bathroom and Smart TV. The bunk room features individual reading lights at each bed, with an adjoining bathroom that can be configured for private use or shared access depending on your group.

A private elevator provides convenient access throughout the home, while multiple furnished balconies offer additional places to relax and enjoy the coastal air.

Pool and Outdoor Living

The private saltwater pool is the heart of Biển Kay’s outdoor living. The garage opens completely to the pool area, creating one connected space where you can move easily from swimming and lounging poolside to relaxing in the shade inside the garage. With comfortable seating and a mounted TV, it becomes another place to gather while still feeling completely connected to everything happening by the pool.

Just outside, the covered poolside area continues with a bar and pass through window, outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a swiveling outdoor TV. Ceiling fans throughout the covered spaces add extra comfort on warm summer days.

Around the pool, you’ll find full size loungers, kid size cabanas, an outdoor shower, cornhole, and a putting mat. A gas grill is also available with propane provided for easy meals outside.

The private saltwater pool can be heated or cooled upon request for an additional fee.

Beach Days Made Easy

Private neighborhood beach access is just a 3 minute walk from the home. A six passenger golf cart is included for getting around the neighborhood, with two portable child safety seats provided for families traveling with younger guests.

We also provide many of the things you would rather not pack, including a Veer beach wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, and pool and beach towels.

Designed With Families in Mind

Biển Kay was designed so traveling with children does not mean giving up a beautiful, elevated stay. Families with little ones will find a high chair, stroller, Pack ’n Play, children’s books and toys, and kid friendly dinnerware and utensils ready at the home.

A Few More Details

An EV outlet is available at the home for guests traveling with an electric vehicle. Thoughtful conveniences are incorporated throughout the property to make settling in and enjoying your stay as easy as possible.

Guests also have personalized support and a dedicated point of contact throughout their stay.

Guests have private access to the entire home and its amenities, including the saltwater pool, elevator, multiple balconies, outdoor living areas, garage and game area, and six passenger golf cart. Private neighborhood beach access is just a 3 minute walk from the home.

For your comfort, pool heating or cooling can be requested for an additional fee. The temperature controls are secured, and our team will be happy to manage any adjustments for you during your stay.

A few locked owner and supply closets are reserved for housekeeping and property operations. Everything else is yours to settle in, enjoy, and make yourself at home.

We’re here to make your stay as easy as possible. You can message us anytime through Airbnb with questions or if you need assistance throughout your stay.

During peak season, guests also have the added benefit of our local guest concierge. She can welcome you upon check in and will provide her contact information so you have someone local to reach should you need anything at the home.

Outside of peak season, we remain your dedicated point of contact and are always available through Airbnb. No matter when you visit, you’ll have support throughout your stay while still having the privacy to enjoy Biển Kay as your own.

A few things to know before your stay:

Pool heating or cooling is available upon request for an additional fee and should be arranged in advance when possible.

A six passenger golf cart is included with your stay. Guests who wish to operate the golf cart must be at least 25 years old and complete a golf cart waiver prior to arrival. The golf cart is not permitted on the beach.

A gas grill is available for guest use, and a propane tank is provided.

Biển Kay is located in a residential beach community, and we kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood quiet hours.

For added peace of mind, exterior security cameras are located around the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

Beach chairs, a Veer wagon, beach toys, pool and beach towels, and family essentials are provided for your convenience.

We want your stay at Biển Kay to feel easy from the moment you arrive. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact throughout your stay should you need anything at the home.
• The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older and remain at the property for the duration of the stay.

• The 6-passenger golf cart is provided for registered guests only. Licensed drivers only, and all local laws and community rules must be followed.

• Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the home or pool.

• No glass in or around the pool area. Please use the provided outdoor drinkware.

• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, decks, elevator, and golf cart.

• Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 11 PM–7 AM.

• Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless approved in advance. No parties or events.

• Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home or on the decks. Smoking is permitted only in the designated fire pit area. Please dispose of all smoking materials safely.

• Please treat Biển Kay and its furnishings with care. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
