Great vacation in Holden Beach

We had a great vacation! This is a great property with plenty of space for our group! Having two kitchens and living areas made it very convenient. The proximity to the beach is great and all the beach chairs and extras were very helpful. Highly recommended!!

Large Family Space

Nice house and large!

The house is a pleasant stroll to the beach which was never crowded. Two kitchens and two living rooms since it’s a duplex with a connecting hall. Modest bedrooms with comfortable beds. Everything we needed for 8 couples and a few kids was provided.

Excellent Property

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of young families. The home was clean and welcoming. Having two kitchens was great for our group. We also loved having a bathroom connected to each room. The walk to the beach was short and the beach toys provided with the house were perfect for our kids. We will definitely book again!

Great home that met all our needs. The maintenance team and owners were responsive to our concerns and requests. We loved the location. A nice walk to the beach from a gated community produced a relaxing week for the whole family.

What a blessing!

We had a wonderful time at Holden Beach. It was truly a family oriented place. The house was spacious, super clean, and well organized. The beach access was very convenient and there were supplies in the storage room for the children to use. It was great to have two kitchens , especially for breakfast, because we could feed the children on one side while people slept in on the other side. The kitchens had everything we needed. We would definitely love to come again to Joy of Flying and M & M. I

Great value for a family

We've returned to this property many times. Suits our needs perfectly. Normally, I'm not a big fan of gated communities, but in this case, it really makes the beaches feel uncrowded, even on Memorial Day weekend.

Lovely place with lots of space for large family gathering!

We enjoyed our stay in this home @ Holden Beach! Plenty of room. TWO kitchens (which is fabulous when you have 15 people to feed and clean up after!) It was a short walk to the beach. My 4 grandbabies loved going! Plenty of beds and bedrooms! Clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful week!

We really liked this layout. With two families it was perfect. We used one kitchen to prepare food and lay it out and the other kitchen to eat in. Air conditioning perfect. Outdoor showers were well used. Beds comfortable. Short walk to the beach on a mat covered walkway. The owner is on top of things and very quick to respond. Our only problem was with checkin. Owner has recently changed the people who keep the keys and they were not at the address given even though the new folks sent the last email on how to checkin. But we would stay there again. However our dates had to change.

Family Vacation

The property was as listed on the website. The owners were very attentive and professional. One of the units had a minor bug problem, but the property manager was very prompt to send pest control to resolve the issue. The beach was not crowded at all, just beautiful!

Wonderful house. Nicer than listed online (that never happens). Quiet area, great beach, well stocked, and spacious duplex. Beach was not crowded at all beyond the gated community where this property is located. Owners were friendly and helpful with communication.

Christmas Week at the Beach

The house was roomy, attractive, and well-equipped. However, there were several "delayed maintenance" items that we had to deal with while we were there (a leaking dishwasher, dirty air filters that had to be replaced, a roof leak). We still had a wonderful time. We were told to go to the Realtor's office to get the key to check in but the office was closed for the holiday week - which was a surprise to us and to the property owner. No one was at the office and there was no information about the key. We did have the property owner's phone number and were able to get information about where to look for the envelope with the key from him.

It is a beautiful house and great for a big family! Unfortunately Hurricane Dorian decided to come too. We had to evacuate Wednesday morning, but Ms. Dozier was very helpful!
