Excellent!

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Sumica, would highly recommend it. The Villa itself was big enough for 3 families, great living spaces and the outside areas were stunning. Supermarkets only a short walk away, and the port a 5 minute walk down the hill with plenty of bars and restaurants (peperoncin and the pub were fantastic). Really handy for the ferry terminal to split also. We hired boats for a day, and also a car for a day to see more of the island. A great holiday for everyone, children and adults alike. Not forgetting our hosts, Tea and Jakov who were great at communicating and really helpful!

Maison magnifique

La maison est tout à fait fidèle au descriptif et aux images. Très agréable et pratique (nous étions 8 adultes et 3 enfants entre 3 et 5 ans) : possibilité d'isoler facilement les "matinaux" des "grasses mat". La piscine est magnifique et l'emplacement permet de tout faire à pied aisément. Les hôtes sont réactifs et répondent à vos questions. Merci Téa et Jakov !

Wonderful stay with our wedding party

The villa really is breathtakingly beautiful! We got an informative tour upon arrival, and were made to feel very at home by our hosts. The villa is split into two different 'apartments', each includes everything you could need for cooking, cleaning etc. There is also an outdoor toilet with a washing machine! The heated pool lights up funky colours at night, and the outdoor areas provide a perfect place for lots of people to eat and relax.... I feel the pictures barely do justice to how beautiful and well kept the outdoor areas are. The hosts are lovely and friendly, and can be on call for anything you may need during your stay. Location is also very good. There are two large supermarkets a short walk away, and it is just a short walk to the port also. I would highly recommend Vills Sumica. We stayed here for the week leading up to our wedding, and everybody staying with us were extremely happy with their stay also. Beautiful villa, fantastic location, lovely hosts..... we would definitely stay again!! Thank you so much for helping make our wedding week perfect :o)

Otroligt charmigt hus i ostört läge och insynsskyddat. Nära till butiker och stadskärnan med alla dess mysiga restauranger i hamnen. Vi kommer att åka tillbaka!

Romantic Ambiente with great pool

For a larger group of friends or a family who want to relax, bbq and swim (pool) it is the perfect choice. The whole are inside and outside has a lot of space to relax, read, sit together, enjoy the sun! The center of the little town is 5 mins walking distance away from the house, very nice little center (Harbour) with some restaurants, tiny shops, playground. For grocery shopping you have also everything around what you need! If you want to do some excursions you for sure need a car!

Perfect property full of character

A well-equipped and spacious holiday home on the edge of the old town of Supetar with more than enough space for our family of 6 adults. I particularly enjoyed the garden with its olive trees, flowers and herbs and the birdsong in the mornings. Plenty of choice of where to sit and relax on the various terraces. Despite the unseasonably cold weather at the start of May we used the pool most days and some evenings. Shopping was very convenient with a supermarket just a short walk through the trees. It was great being able to just walk down to the harbour for a coffee or beer or walk to a nearby restaurant. I would thoroughly recommmend.

Nice house perfect for friends and family

A nice and well-equipped house, perfect for friends and family. One "apartment" in the groundfloor and one in the second. The second floor has a stair up to a bedroom loft. Nice poolarea. Near foodstores and quite near the harbour and the beach. We do recommend it!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit grossem pitorestem Aussenbereich, neuem Pool und Olivenbäumen.

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder für zwei Wochen in Supetar und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussenanlage ist gross, mit pittoresk überwachsenen alten Mauern und Olivenbäumen. Es gibt zwei schöne Lounge Flächen und verschiedene Möglichkeiten draussen zu essen. Der Pool ist relativ gross und wird gut unterhalten. Liegestühle etc. sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist gross und ok eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist zweckmässig und mit einigen hübschen Details eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Einkaufen kann man ganz in der Nähe in einem grossen Supermarkt. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten.
