"The country setting near Otranto was stunning with sunrise views and great outdoor spaces. The indoor facilities were more rustic but comfortable in keeping with the rural nature of the property. Parking and easy access to Otranto and surrounding areas was a plus. The hostess was gracious and attentive to our concerns. The quick laundry service was a definite plus. De buitenruimte is fantastisch en gezellig! De keuken goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging op de parkeerplaats leek in eerste instantie niet zo leuk, maar wel super handig. Sans hésitation, nous conseillons la bonne cuisine de Rosie malgré le quiproquo pour notre arrivée. "Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einem netten Haus. Wohnfläche ca 55 m2. Das Haus war sehr sauber. DieTerrasse unter den Olivenbäumen ist der absolute Hit. Herrlicher Meerblick mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Vermieter war bei kleineren Problemen sofort zu erreichen und total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Our initial impression was that the villa and gardens were a spectacular setting but the accommodation areas were a bit basic and not what we expected for the 'luxury' description, as has also been described in other reviews. Massimo e Luciano sono gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili; abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il giro in barca dal porto di Tricase. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare a Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno o Porto Selvaggio. Unico neo la strada molto rumorosa, soprattutto nel weekend."
