I would like to suggest though that a directory of local places to eat; to grab a few groceries; how to use oven and hot plate; Also of local attractions etc. thank you for the use of your lovely home"

"We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay here from the amazing views, the lovely cows and the amazing variety of bird life. There is a bird feeder with a good supply of bird feed we stayed in winter and there was a plentiful supply of firewood for the combustion fireplace in the house and the fire pit just up the rise from the gate to the house. "Extremely disappointing stay at Lucas Parklands. This was a very expensive booking , and unfortunately the property did not match the standard you would expect at that price point. The house had a strong musty smell, with mould present in the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels also carried the same damp odour. The dishwasher was rusty, and dishes needed to be washed before use. "Upon arrival, the cottage was presented as per the photos. The beds are super comfy, the cottage was very clean with lots of books and games to keep you entertained. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a bit annoying is the property is located on a main street and the front bedroom can be a bit noisy. This may not be an issue if you are staying during the weekend, however, during the week the traffic noise can be disruptive to sleep. Recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper."
