Tyson, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: Owners response: Tyson, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. - When we spoke on the phone about the septic tank being backed up, we advised you we were on our way and you offered to fix the issue because you had guests who wanted to shower and get on the road. We understand the sense of urgency, however, we are the homeowners and would never expect our guests to take care of any issues that should arise, big or small. - We take great pride in our home and want all potential guests to know that we are willing to do what is needed to make your stay a 5-star experience. - We understand that you had a hiccup because of one of your guests, but we feel we delivered a five-star experience based on our customer care. We gave a huge snack basket and the basket of gifts for all the guests upon arrival. We allowed a complimentary early check-in and late check-out. We treated you as family and were happy when you texted pictures of the whole pig that you roasted at our property during your stay for the wedding event. Honestly, we were very surprised by the two-star review. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
