The property exceeded all expectations! Plenty of things for all ages to enjoy! Everything was in working order and fully functioning so there was no unexpected surprises. All the grills had plenty of gas and utensils for use. Very very nice home, would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area!

This was the third time that we have stayed at this vacation home. We keep coming back because of it's location, cleanliness, space and is well stocked. We can't say enough about Melody. She is amazing. We had some family issues this year and she was so accommodating and understanding. We definitely would recommend this place for you to stay.

This house has it all! Our family had a great vacation staying here. The house had lots of room and the dock was great. We spent a lot of time swimming off the dock. Lots of seating. Nice quiet cove.

Beautiful home. So inviting with lots of space and every detailed considered. Great spacious dock with lots of area for gathering as a family, relaxing, fishing and swimming! We all agree that we would stay again!

Wonderful family getaway! The house had plenty of room for all 10 of us and was fully stocked with everything you could need. The dock gave us hours of boating ang floating fun. Great location on the lake. Melody and Cory were very helpful. We will be back!

What a great house and great hosts!! Melody and Cody were so nice and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and even left us cookies to welcome us. The house was perfect for our large group of adults and teens. The upstairs party room was huge and had so much to keep us entertained - pool table, darts, shuffleboard, great tv and sound system for movie nights. There was even a pickleball net that we could use right on the large driveway.The house was well stocked with everything you could need - grill, blackstone, kitchenware, towels, extra bedding. The outside area down by the dock was incredible. We were able to park our rental boat in the available boat slip. The location on mile 8 was perfect and close to a lot of restaurants.Great hosts , great house, great times, great memories! Highly recommend!

Best Lake House for Families!

Our extended family group of 12 rented this lake house over the week of the 4th of July, and we had the absolute best stay! We had 8 Adults (4 couples) and 4 kids (age range from 2 to 17). There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out and enjoy the house and property. The dock is AMAZING. We fished, swam, floated, boated ... all the things. Plenty of floats and swim saddles to enjoy, plus a large Lilly Pad. Lots of good fishing and wildlife right at the dock. The new Dock Bar was so much fun and our daily gathering place for hanging out and swimming. Inside the house there were two separate living areas - one being the super fun game room that we took advantage of every evening. Plenty of dining seating inside and out. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need, which was great as we cooked most days and enjoyed staying in the cove. We could see fireworks from the dock all night on the 4th, a large show across the lake and then neighbors gave us an up-close show that was incredible! By far one of the best 4th of July's we've had. Melody was a wonderful host, and even supplied us with some 4th of July treats (thank you Melody!). House had plenty of bath towels, rooms were cozy and cool, garage was spacious. We hope to make this a summer tradition in our family, can't wait to come back next year!

Great Place for Weekend at Ozarks Int'l Raceway

This place was perfect for two drivers and two crew members for a Track Date event at Ozarks International Raceway. Good proximity with plenty of grocery, gas, restaurants, etc. on the way to the track. Lots of living space and beds on a beautiful lake setting. Plenty of parking, including two garage stalls. We met the owners who were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we return for another visit to the track. We had no issues during our stay.

Easter Trip 2025

This house is great, plenty of room for a large group and decorated in a beach theme, so cute. The kitchen is well equipped which was great as we made breakfast each day and our Easter dinner. Highly recommend 2 nearby restaurant/bars, Westside Pub (great bar food) and Don Chilillo's (Mexican).We’ll be coming back in the future.

Excellent Home and Renters!

My high school buddies and I reunite once a year and this year we chose the LOZ. This house was all we could ask for and more. It’s 3 levels with the top floor being a full bar and rec room along with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The middle floor had 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. And the bottom floor had the full kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and a beautiful living room overlooking the cove. House also has a big dock which is a short walk off the back outside deck. The owners were great. We had a little trouble with the upstairs TV and it was fixed in a short time. Very friendly and responsive. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Great place to stay!

Great house with an excellent outdoor space including a dock with plenty of room to get some sun and places with shade to relax. The house is three levels with space and areas for all ages. Highly recommend and will book here again!

Perfect Home for Large Family Vacation!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful weekend staying at this home. We especially loved the game room and our 4 teenagers appreciated being able to spread out and have their own rooms. Everything was clean, and it's a beautiful home! Loved the fun dock hang out area and all of the neighbors seem really friendly. Highly recommend!

One of the Absolute BEST VRBOs!!!

This VRBO and the hosts - Melody and Cory - were absolutely AMAZING!!!! Truly one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot, and I'm also picky. We had three moms and six preteen and teen boys on this trip. The house setup was ideal. Could not have been more perfect. Melody and Cory are the kindest, most awesome people. Melody greeted us when we arrived, letting us know she was there if we needed anything, and they responded to all of our text questions super fast. We all literally consider them friends now... that's how amazing they are. The house is the most stocked VRBO I've ever rented. From the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms to the INCREDIBLE dock, Melody and Cory have thought of absolutely everything guests could need or want. The house was super clean and in a really great location, too. If I could give the house and the owners 10 stars... I 100% would! Thanks, Melody and Cory!!!

Paradise at LOTO

First let me start by saying if I could have given more stars, I would have. We have been coming to the Lake annually for several years and this house is by far, the best house we have ever stayed in. The house is perfectly designed to ensure that there is plenty of space for your entire family. Getting to the dock without having to use a ton of stairs was also nice change. Corey and Melody were amazing to work with. We spent a couple of hours speaking with them and could have spent more. The other neighbors in the cove are all friendly and very laid back. The only thing I would suggest is don’t over think your packing. Melody has gone out of her way to stock the house and has everything covered. Pack your clothes/amenities/food and beverages. You will not regret your stay here. Thank you again Corey and Melody. If we do not find our own we will be back next year!!

Emerald Retreat - Wonderful Stay

Our hosts were so kind. Their home was the perfect retreat for our family. Plenty of room, very clean, lots of amenities. The cove was calm and made for perfect swimming conditions for our kiddos. Fun to see so many deer, turtles and fishing was good. We swam and boated every day as we had seven days of perfect weather!

This is by far the best house we have stayed, and so far!! There was plenty of room for our family to not be on top of each other throughout the trip! There were 9 adults and 3 kids 4-10. Annual Family Vacation

Each year we visit the Lake of the Ozarks locating in a different rental home. We have done this since our kids, whom are now adults, were young and now we include the grandkids. The home was very spacious and had a great huge family entertainment room. The home was filled with wonderful amenities, none like we have ever stayed in before. The cove was a wonderful area for us all to hang out in the water for hours. The dock was great to simply sit and visit and the little ones enjoyed fishing right off it. Melanie and Cory were the Best of the Best Hosts. We are so happy that we were able to meet and visit with them during our stay. All of our kids and we too agree, that this was the most enjoyable vacation home we have ever stayed. No doubt - 5 stars!!! Thank you:) M & R from Iowa

Family Vacation

We had a great time at Emerald Retreat. The house was fully stocked and clean. It had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the lake during the day and the game room every evening. 2023 Family Vacation-Fantastic

Our children and their own families traveled to the Lake of the Ozarks for a family vacation! Our girls picked the place out and did they pick a good one! We had everything and then some of what we needed at this rental-plenty of rooms, gathering places inside and outside (tv room, game room, dock space, 2 patio areas, even garage space if we had needed it for a rainy day). The lake area was quiet and inviting! Thank you, Melody and hubby, for all you did and allowing us to make some special memories with our kids and grandkids!
