Family Vacation/50th Birthday

Our family had a fabulous time on our trip. The house was wonderful. One of the main reasons I booked this house was because of the slide on the dock. I was a little nervous about it after reading some of the reviews, but the slide was amazing! Everyone in our group went down it multiple times, even my 72 year old mother in law. The cove is nice and quiet, it is hard to remember that you are on such a large body of water. The house itself was super clean and insanely spacious. I would definitely stay again, and would recommend this place to anyone!

Great Location

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is huge and we were all able to spread out. The dock was awesome! The kids loved the slide! Very quite cove, which made it great for swimming and kayaking. The views were amazing from every floor! Our only complaint would be the beds were poor, especially the king bed on the second floor. The house could also use a deep cleaning. Lots of bugs in the windows and cobwebs, etc.

60th Anniversary

The home was lovely. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Location on the lake was perfect. Finding it on land was not what we expected. Enjoyed the dock for swimming and fishing. The water slide needs to be replaced or refurbished. The one thing we found that we thought we would chang if it was ours was to remove some of the decorations. We had no place to put our things. And to empty a cabinet or two in tbe kitchen. On the whole we had a great time with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary.

Birthday with family house!

Location and dock were great! House needed some TLC. The outer stairs on side had a board very loose (4th up from screened in deck.). House had a lot of hair on floor board areas, like a dog or something. We wiped down kitchen cabinets that had food on them. Understand that this is a personal home, rented, but maybe not all personal items should be left around. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pans/etc. The bar stools on screened in porch looked like they had mold on them. Windows full of bugs/dirt/etc/. Understand it is a lake home/rental, but we have stayed in other places on the lake and did not see these issues. The pictures of the property online look very nice, but the landscaping definitely needs cleaned up. Little ones, and adults, did not like all the spiders. We enjoyed our time despite the issues. Beautiful area and family for a major birthday celebration.

Great Location but a run down and dirty property.

The house has a great location and the dock was big and fun with the slide! The house is also big with a nice great room & kitchen, however it was overall not clean! From the outside with bugs and cobwebs all over to very unorganized cabinets in both the kitchen and bedrooms we found ourselves disappointed. We had to rearrange the kitchen cabinets just to find space for our food. The pots, pans & utensils were very unorganized and not in very good condition, so we found it difficult to cook in the kitchen. When looking for an extra sheet and pillowcase we had to hunt through several different bedrooms to find them. In the room with the bunk beds, the toys were a plus, but the pile of linens in the corner of the closet gave the overall impression of a dirty unkempt room. It's a pity because the house is well located to a very nice grocery store in Sunrise Beach and has great lake access, but if we were to vacation in Lake of the Ozarks again we will look for a different house.

My only recommendations are (1) Connect the remaining shower heads. Only the master bedroom and the bedroom in the basement had working showers. (2) Show clearly in the website verbiage that the advertised 7th bedroom in the basement is technically more of a bonus room. It was very easy and pleasant working with Four Seasons team members.
