This house was perfect for our relaxation vacation. Perfect size home. Well stocked with all the items we might need. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

Everything was great, plenty of room. We were able to come together as a family and also have quiet time. There were also plenty of places for grouping of different ages.

A group of us go to the lake every year for our fantasy football draft. Everyone on the trip said this was the best house yet. It had room for all of us to have beds. It had everything you can want on a trip like ours. I had a couple of questions during the stay and they answered us promptly by text. I can’t say enough good things about our day. Thank you for the memories.

We had a decent stay, however, I would not chose this property again. The house was not a clean house, n in need of some serious maintenance n work. When ur 18 year old son asks for a vacume 10 min after arriving, that is a clear sign the cleaning help did not do a good job. I can give a list of pictures n examples of awful cleaning in this house. They advertised n showed pictures of a slide n swim mat, both were not there. The swim raft was disgusting n unusable. We were very grateful we brought several swim rafts n tubes w us. Overall, the house was fine for our stay, but would not recommend or go back.

It was a grand vacation for the family. My favorite was watching the kiddos have so much fun. Had a little bit of everything for everyone there to make it perfect. Everything we had issues with was immediately taken care of. So happy with the entire experience! Thanks!!

At first look this place looks amazing. It had some great amenities. Unfortunately the things that need do work like the showers were far from perfect. The shower upstairs had mold in the calking and the temperature control was not working properly. It was cold or too hot to shower. It also to me felt unclean because of the mold spots and yellowing of the shower. The other tub didn’t drain properly leaving the tub in a slippery soapy film, where I also didn’t feel clean. I tried contacting the property manager and had no response which was unfortunate. I noticed that around the property that there was dirt and dust. I feel like it could have been cleaner. There were also many dishes put away in the cabinets that we had to clean. One pan in particular had about an 1/8 inch of grease over the entire pan. Several towel racks were hanging off of the walls. I feel like this property needs better maintenance and communication. I wish I was able to contact the manager so I wouldn’t have to leave this review.

Spacious & Wonderful

We celebrated late Christmas with family and the house fit many of us comfortably! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and it fit 14 of us comfortably. The fireplace really warms up the house so it's perfect for chilly nights. Keep in mind that staying in the garage and lake level bunk room is not ideal during the winter. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone!

Would absolutely stay again

Beautiful views, more than enough room for everyone. We went in off season with our dog, only found a couple of places for lunch out-The Hatch & Papa Chubby's-food was ok. House was very clean and had every appliance needed to cook in-even an air fryer. Woods Supermarket kind of expensive, worth it to drive to Osage Beach for supplies. Would absolutely stay again.

Weekend with family.

We planned a weekend at the lake with all four children, spouses and grandkids. The house, dock and location on the lake were all just fantastic. Our host could not have been more responsive and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and reserve a stay at this fun house.

Beautiful House!

We really enjoyed this home! Plenty of space to all hang out together but also to spread out. The game room was a hit. I wish the bunkhouse and the game room were accessible from the house rather than being detached, but iverall it was a great place for a large group.

great location, great part of the cove - safe for kids swimming. great dock, grill, fire pit. unique home layout - worked for us. two showers. great kitchen and accessories. overall a great family vacation.

Fantastic Vacation House Getaway!

Well maintained with lots of extras for all ages! Owners were on top of everything and made it easy for check-in and check-out. Would recommend this house to all for a great vacation getaway!

Fantastic Property

This is a great spot. Beautiful home, property and the details thought of here are incredible. We stayed last year and booked again this year as we loved it so much. It is great for our tween and teen kids and our dog. I will say the cleaning inside and the upkeep of the property has gone down hill a bit, last year the place was immaculate. Might want to consider a new cleaning staff and maintenance crew.

Fantastic property!

Great spot, great home. Plenty of room - It rained while we were there for a few days and got great use of the game room, the bar area as well as the fire pit. The dock was great for swimming and storing our boat. Thank you thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful end of summer weekend

We have rented many houses at LOTO over the years. Most have been wonderful. Earlier this summer we rented another property and were very dissappointed and felt like we were duped - paid way too much for what we got. I wanted to try one more time this summer to have a long weekend with our family and am so glad I did! This home was absolutely perfect! From the fenced in yard for the dog, to the little details like sleep masks, ear plugs and coffee. They have thought of it all! Seriously, look no further if you want an immaculate home in a wonderful location with lots of fun things to do right at the house. This is it! Thank you for a wonderful weekend - we will for sure be back!!
