  • Este no es el típico alquiler de vacaciones en Lake of the Ozarks. Esta es nuestra segunda casa, por lo que encontrará toques personales en todo momento. Techo abovedado con una fabulosa vista del lago.

    Puede practicar el metro y esquiar en nuestra cala fabulosa. Estamos fuera del canal principal, por lo que el agua está en calma. ¡Nuestros muelles no se balancean como los muelles del canal principal!

    Por agua, estamos a menos de 2 millas por lago hasta Camden on the Lake, Alhonna's, H. ¡Sapos, Shady Gators, Tap and Grill Lakeside Brew Haus y Frankie y Louie's!

    Nuestra casa tiene una configuración perfecta para dos o más familias..
    - El nivel superior tiene 3 habitaciones (una king y dos reinas) y un altillo con dos camas individuales, dos baños completos (uno en el maestro) más una sala de estar abovedada con TV de pantalla plana, cocina completa con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable ( estufa de gas) - todo nuevo en 2019 - y área de comedor / comedor para 16 y una gran sala de lavandería.
    - El nivel inferior cuenta con una cocina completa (menos un lavaplatos), con capacidad para 12 - una mesa de comedor para cartas, mesas y sillas de bar, mesa de billar, futbolín y un televisor de pantalla plana, una sala de televisión con OTRO bar, sofá cama con nido, más tres habitaciones (una king y dos reinas) y 1 1/2 baños.
    - NUEVO DURANTE EL VERANO DE 2018 - Todas las sábanas, almohadas, mantas, colchones y edredones para todas las camas; Cojines para todos los asientos al aire libre; Mesa de billar y tacos; Mesa de futbolín; Sofás de nivel principal, sillas de cuero, mesa de café, todas las lámparas; Mesa de comedor y sillas / banco; Nuevos muebles de dormitorio principal

We had no problem. The property was good for the value. We had a group of 18 relatives and had plenty of room. The weather was our only disappointment!

Our stay was for an 8 man golf trip. This house had enough bedrooms for everyone to have their pwn room (one was a loft). House was clean and thr entire stay was great.

Check in was fast. The decks could use some treatment but still sturdy. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Pool table is always a must.

The property was in a great spot. Quiet area, hardly any traffic. The house was well supplied with everything you need. My only qualm was the decks and docks. The photos made them appear a little nicer than what they currently are. I'd say some maintenence could be had. But they worked and got the job done. Our kids were a little disappointed that the slide did not work. But that didn't stop the swimming fun. We had a great time! I would definitely rent this place again.

Pros: the house was roomy. Great design. Right on water. Cons: sleeps 16 yet had only dining utensils for 8. The first night we had to share forks. Spend 15 and get more. The outside (which is the most important when you’re at a lake) was aweful. Decking had rotten boards, paint was peeling everywhere. The walkway to the “martini deck, which had no furniture, was full of debris. All outdoor furniture cushions need replaced. They are ripped and torn. The slide on the dock has no water so you have to get some from the lake every time someone goes down the slide. It’s a shame because it could be a fantastic place with just a little attention.

A great location on the lake and for reaching golf courses within a half hour, but not actually an eight bedroom home. The trundle in the basement and the beds in the loft would work for very young children at best. The grill and the flattop were not usable, but luckily we brought our own. The common areas were nice for gathering as we cooked most meals at the house. The pans and utensils were well worn, so consider bringing you own if you plan to dine in. Many items seemed lower in quality than I have experienced in rentals in this price range.

MUST SEE

we were all extremely happy with staying at this Lake House it was extremely spacious and with having double kitchens and double docks there was plenty of room for activities also the house is located in a cove to help with the rough waters when storms come definitely a must see

The house was clean, but the tile floors were sticky to walk on. The basement was very cold, so some more blankets would be helpful. The main floor bathroom needed to have the toilet paper holder and robe hook secured. Some of the kitchen chairs need to be secured, legs were not secure. The pictures of the deck were outdated and the decks were rotted in places, so we didn’t feel safe to use them. The old grill needs to be thrown away. The inside space was plenty big for our family gathering, nice large kitchen and living room.

Great location for family gatherings.

Great location on the cove. Beautiful home and had plenty of room for family gathering. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking large family meals. The dock with the slide was great for the kids. We would recommend this house for families.

Golf Trip

Great place to go after a golf trip. We did not spend much time on the deck or dock but the living room and rec room were heavily used. Great time and if you want to hang out after a round, this place is amazing!!

Absolutely beautiful house, will return!

The property seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't! We loved the location, the multiple decks, and the broad amount of space. Even with 14 guests, we never felt squeezed in. Amazing property that I hope we will get to return to!

Beautiful house with a great location!

This is a beautiful house with a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Our group loves to hang out on the dock and swim. The main dock needs to be updated as there are multiple boards that are deteriorating. If the dock were updated, this would be the perfect lake house!

Beautiful home

The house worked out great for our group of 13 adult family members. A lot of the bedrooms were tucked away which gave us privacy. The weather was too cold so we couldn’t use the martini bar or the decks. We enjoyed the large living room as a gathering place. The house was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It met all of our needs and more.

Family vacation

The property was very clean and spacious. Sandy, the property owner, was very responsive and helpful. If I contacted her, she would immediately get back to me. Loved the dock with the slide. Plenty of room for our group to gather and go swimming. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the Lake of the Ozarks area!

Great Place for a family reunion

We spent most of our time outside thought the inside offers plenty of places for privacy. The swimming dock was a bonus and we made great use of that. Our 19 foot pontoon boat fit nicely into the boat dock. The deck was great for evening catch-ups. And we all left speaking to one another -- enough said

The house was clean and the property managers were very communicative (we had a problem with the door lock, they replaced defective coffee maker and toaster, and replaced burnt out bulbs). The pictures of the decks are not accurate. As reported by others some boards are rotted out and the paint has peeled on most if not all of the decks. Over the course of the week, we were a group of 13 adults and 2 kids. My guests staying in the basement complained about the mattresses. So much so they moved to different rooms as others had shorter stays. Also while the kitchen has sufficient pots and pans and dishes; there are few glasses (we needed to use plastic cups). There are not enough serving dishes. This wouldn’t be a problem for smaller groups or very short stays. For some unknown reason the largest deck has no furniture on it. We may be atypical in that we only ate at a restaurant one night. On the last full day, we lost power and water due to widespread storm damage. My guests left early but I was refunded one night without an issue. The decks are a nice plus. We rented a boat for 3 days and that was a highlight for all. It is very air conditioned. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

2nd time in house

Second time we have stayed at this house. The toilet on the main floor near the kitchen runs all the time. The main dock with the slide needs repairs.

Family Summer

House was very nice. Description of the number of bathrooms a little misleading. Decks and dock could use some work . There are broken boards on the dock.
