I am sorry to hear your stay was disappointing. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Holiday Inn Express is limiting it's Breakfast service to 'Grab n' Go" bags hoping to avoid unecessary contact contamination. For this reason, we hand out a one page menu of selections from which you make choices creating a safe breakfast. I am not sure which room you stayed in but we only have rooms with single King size beds and those with 2 double beds. There are no Queen sized on the property. I did not see any notes in our communiction log about a room with tv problems. I apologize if your flat screen was not working properly. Should you choose to stay with us in the future, please notify the front desk agent who is trained in general tv repair.
