"To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues"

"The owners are not receptive, I spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO in an attempt to finally get some type of info on getting into the property. Once I did get through, they told me that I didn’t have a reservation even though I sent them all of the confirmation documents."
