Increíble lugar, mal servicio y mantenimiento

Teníamos muchas expectativas del lugar, perdimos nuestra reservación y no pudieron ayudarnos, tuvimos que pagar nuevamente. Al entrar, la habitación no olía bien, el personal no nos entendía, la alberca estaba muy sucia y en general el servicio muy pobre.

Great hotel inside the airport. Easy check-in, the room (single plus) was spacious, new, clean and veey comfortable. Bathroom and shower were big. Great offer to eat and buy thing as soon as you get out of the hotel, since it's inside the terminal KLIA2.
